Absolutely AMAZING…read more I first called in regards to getting my own insurance after being on my father's for so long. Carolina assisted me and was not only quick but patient with me as we walked through the process. She wasn't condescending nor did she rush me--She was kind and just above all lovely. When it came time to add another car to my policy, I got the pleasure to be assisted by Meriry! Again, incredibly patient as we walked through the steps of insuring a car with out of state registration as well as assisting me in getting my ducks in a row to have it registered in Florida. There was a mishap where I tore some of the documents with a letter opener--instead of mailing it out once more, they were kind enough to invite us into the office. We went and were met with not only professionalism but HOSPITALITY!!! How absolutely amazing!!! In this industry, I always assumed it would be cold as it's. . .insurance but Carolina and Meriry made it feel so warm and inviting. Thank you for taking care of myself and my family. We are incredibly grateful to you!!!

I was shopping for auto and renter's insurance after moving to Orlando and learning my previous company didn't provide coverage here. I called IAA, talked with them about what I needed and Angie had a quote back to me literally within the hour. They provided options and suggestions for ways to save, even with the maximum coverage required by my company for work travel. IAA found me an auto policy with 24/7 roadside assistance (and rental!) that saved me almost $300 a year. My renter's insurance was a steal, too. Look no further!

They were incredibly easy to work with through e-mail and phone (a major plus when you're trying to secure insurance 1,000 miles away!). I would highly recommend their services, especially for people relocating into the area.

About 3 business days later I contacted them over the phone since I had not received any calls back regarding my quote request (only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5) and I was quickly helped by Aaron. He was able to get me the renters insurance the same day and help me with the auto to try and get me the best deal. I found him to be honest and helpful. The process of payment and signing documents was mostly electronic and never had to go into the office. Very happy with Aaron's service and looking forward to working with this agent for years to come. I always prefer the service of an agent over direct carriers, better service and dealing with the same agent all the time.

He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman. I could tell he was genuinely concerned because he asked a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we wound up having to keep her existing insurance. Although Manny didn't earn a commission this day, he definitely earned my respect. He was very kind, and very generous with his time while we were there. He gave her a sample quotes, from several different insurance company options that were available to him. I sincerely think him for his time.
