Whenever I have an inquiry regarding my insurance Wendy is always there to assist me and keeps me abreast with the status of my policies. She also responds to emails promptly within the same day, and follow through with every request. I enjoy the personalized service I receive because it's like having a one shop stop for all of my insurance policies; auto, life, etc., and when I call the agency I know that I'll be assisted by Wendy or Bria.
