I've had a very disappointing experience with this State Farm office. They are extremely…read moreunresponsive unless they need something related to my money. When I actually need help or support, messages go unanswered. Back in October, Carmen promised to credit my account but failed to do so. I waited for months and received no meaningful support or follow-up despite reaching out multiple times. More recently, I've been trying to contact them to cancel one of my policies, and once again, they will not respond at all. This is especially frustrating because texting is offered as a communication option, yet messages are ignored when it's inconvenient for them. This lack of responsiveness is unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend Carmen or this office.

He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman. I could tell he was genuinely concerned because he asked a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we wound up having to keep her existing insurance. Although Manny didn't earn a commission this day, he definitely earned my respect. He was very kind, and very generous with his time while we were there. He gave her a sample quotes, from several different insurance company options that were available to him. I sincerely think him for his time.

If there was a "0" star rating I would give it!!…read more DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE!! ITS A SCAM!!!! I bought a condo in Florida and a couple months later a pipe started leaking inside a wall and caused damage to the kitchen and surrounding areas. The entire condo required repiping and repair. After providing everything they asked for and several "inspections " and various companies they sent out, after calling them regularly about the claim because their communication was AWFUL, after a month of no response and the mold accumulatin growing by the day from them dragging their feet, they DENIED the claim!! They said it had been vacant for more than 30 days! I had just bought the freaking place and had just renovated it and was in the process of moving in when the pipes burst!!! What a crock of bull!! This place will FIND ANY EXCUSE to deny your claim. Do not purchase this insurance, in fact stay away from anything to do with buying anything in Florida!! It's all a scam from beginning to end.
