I've been working with Mayers Ins. Group, by way of Jae Johnson and Alex Mayer, for the last 3…read moreyears and it has been a great experience. Alex has always been very responsive, intentional and informative. Most recently, I made a purchase of a new vehicle. Going to the weekend I let him know and he and his team set me up with a quote, based on my possible options of vehicles that I was considering. He then went a step further and gave me his personal number in the event I decided to make a decision during non business hours. Sure enough, I made a 3.5hour drive to look at a potential vehicle, that was not what I originally told him, on a Sunday. Once I settled on which car I wanted the process started moving quickly. I called Alex and he stepped away from his personal time and helped me with navigating through Progressive's App to show proof of insurance. Then gave me honest advice, even though I might not wanted to hear it, in regards to the purchase of GAP insurance. Very very very helpful and blessed to have him and the team helping me do what's best for me and my family. Made my life easier... :)

I own a short-term rental in and needed property and flood coverage that actually fit that use --…read moreharder than it sounds, since STR properties don't fit neatly into standard homeowner or landlord policies. Two things stood out. First, he answers questions -- real ones, in writing. I sent him a long list of detailed coverage questions that most agents would have brushed off with "don't worry, you're covered." Patrick went through them point by point, and when he didn't have an answer he went to his underwriter and came back with one. He also shopped multiple carriers for both property and flood rather than defaulting to one, and gave me a full range of deductible and premium options instead of picking for me. Second, he told me what he couldn't do. On one coverage layer, he was upfront that the only market available to him wouldn't settle claims the way I needed, so he wasn't going to sell it to me. That's an agent saying no instead of offering something that looks fine on paper. I'd rather hear that once than find out at claim time. If you have a rental property and coverage questions that don't have easy answers, Patrick is worth calling.

He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman. I could tell he was genuinely concerned because he asked a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we wound up having to keep her existing insurance. Although Manny didn't earn a commission this day, he definitely earned my respect. He was very kind, and very generous with his time while we were there. He gave her a sample quotes, from several different insurance company options that were available to him. I sincerely think him for his time.
