I relocated from one division to another with my company and 2 of my paychecks were not direct deposited .. in deep grief over my husbands death having difficulty dealing with all the responsibilities which they were very aware of because they had to change our insurance etc they were as cold and not sympathetic at all the entire office are not very welcoming..well one payment didn't go through.they said they sent a letter --never received it..they never called to let me know they just cancelled my policy and in turn my license was suspended... unbelievable!!!! After 20 years never missing a payment ... you think I would receive a call asking if i was having difficulties or was this just a bank mistake.. i had overdraft protection but for some reason it didn't protect me...they won't reinstate any insurance for me now and i pay twice as much with another company and it won't go off my record for 5 years!!! Speaking directly from personal experience, here... stay far away from this company. If I could…read morerate zero (0) here, I would do so. America First Healthcare is a complete scam! They are nothing but a telemarketing company, who will take all your VERY personal information and banking details and promise quality healthcare coverage. This company is one of many, many, sales and telemarketing companies operated by the same parent company.... all of which are simply gathering your personal information, passing on the lead, and selling your personal details off to other companies. Customer service is horrible! Integrity is questionable at best. Senior citizens are being hustled and robbed! Stay clear of this company!!!

I am still getting jerked around after making multiple attempts, in multiple formats, to cancel…read morethis policy. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with any company, period. Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer. This is terrible business practice and an extremely frustrating experience. Future customers should be aware of what they may be dealing with before signing up.
