Buyer beware!!! This was absolutely the Worst experience…read moreever! Agent allowed my policy to cancel due to their own failure to process payment correctly. Policy was voided 6 months before I figured out what was going on. Office manager (Samantha) was extremely rude and condescending. She avoided my questions and continuously denied responsibility. When asked, she wasn't able to produce documents to back up her claim that she contacted me. Office refused to allow me to talk to agency owner. This office dropped the ball during hurricane season and left me high and dry with no remorse.

I have been with Patrick Gray State Farm Agency since 2009 and the customer service I continuously receive goes 'Above and Beyond' the call of duty in Customer Service and Efficiency. Whenever I have an inquiry regarding my insurance Wendy is always there to assist me and keeps me abreast with the status of my policies. She also responds to emails promptly within the same day, and follow through with every request. I enjoy the personalized service I receive because it's like having a one shop stop for all of my insurance policies; auto, life, etc., and when I call the agency I know that I'll be assisted by Wendy or Bria. When I used to be with other insurance companies I'd have to dial an 800 number and speak to different representatives and the level of sincerity regarding my concern wasn't nearly as effective as having one State Farm Agency you can call for all of your insurance needs. "Will I ever switch to another insurance company? Absolutely Not! Patrick Gray State Farm Agency is the Best!"
