I am so happy that I found this company. I worked with Cynthia Rosa. She is knowledgeable,…read moreprofessional, thorough and reliable. First, I must mention that I work in Health Care/managed care for 42 years. Three of those years I was a Medicare Compliance Officer for the largest healthcare company in the USA, so I am quite knowledgeable about Medicare, Medigap and Medicare Advantage plans. I was also a licensed insurance agent myself. But I was not completely up-to-date with all the offerings available and Cynthia filled in those gaps for me. She provided me with all types of comparisons, evaluated my financial situation, my medical and personal needs. She's a fantastic advisor, a trusted partner and I appreciated her helping me signing up on medicare.gov. Her advisory services are fantastic. She even made certain that I had appropriate long-term care coverage. I carefully looked at other advisors. Anyone who's going to be eligible for Medicare knows they will be bombarded with mailers calls and invitations to seminars. I was thoughtful, even tested some of the individuals on their knowledge on "excess charges". And it was Cynthia that had all the answers. I also appreciated that she was local, with a convenient physical location that I can visit yet willing to come to my home. I'm confident I will be working with her for years to come and referring others to her.

I find the closest location to me and go there with all of the documents necessary to do the transaction. I am instantly told that I cannot do it because the home I am purchasing is in Marion County and this is Sumter County, according to the snide young woman behind the counter. Knowing this is a lie, I tell her I am supposed to be able to register my tag in any county regardless of where I live. Looking somewhat surprised that I knew that fact, she then says oh, that's right, but you're gonna have to wait behind all the people who are from Sumter County and you're gonna be here all day. I'm not sure if the tax collector or the young lady behind the counter realizes it but, this is a state tag not a county tag.

We moved here from Maryland, and it is so much easier to get your car registered, driver's license, pay your taxes, etc. You can go online and make an appointment ahead of time and then there is basically no wait. We've been there for several things so far, and it's always been a good experience. We go to the one on Powell Road. They also have a drive through for certain services.
