This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When we signed up for our auto policy the billing details were explained either deceitfully or the agent didn't understand how the billing works and left out important details. But I forgave and went on. Several times I contacted the office for information and was met with indifferent, rude and unhelpful service. When I went in to get a home insurance quote I was met with lackluster enthusiasm as if I was bothering the agent. When the quote was finished he tossed the papers at me and didnt explain anything about the policy. I would recommend you stay far away from this agency!!
