This year in particular, when she reviewed our car insurance, she contacted us to tell us that we could save over $500 for a six month period by using a different company. She is also excellent with personal follow-up. She had contacted us originally when we were out of town and I didn't see the email. When she didn't hear from us, she contacted us again before we had to pay the other company's next premium. Excellent service.

Two things stood out. First, he answers questions -- real ones, in writing. I sent him a long list of detailed coverage questions that most agents would have brushed off with "don't worry, you're covered." Patrick went through them point by point, and when he didn't have an answer he went to his underwriter and came back with one. He also shopped multiple carriers for both property and flood rather than defaulting to one, and gave me a full range of deductible and premium options instead of picking for me. Second, he told me what he couldn't do. On one coverage layer, he was upfront that the only market available to him wouldn't settle claims the way I needed, so he wasn't going to sell it to me. That's an agent saying no instead of offering something that looks fine on paper. I'd rather hear that once than find out at claim time. If you have a rental property and coverage questions that don't have easy answers, Patrick is worth calling.

I've called Mrs. Hahn's state farm office at least 15 times in a matter of a week to request some documents to finish a deal for the mutual customers of ours. Out of the 15 times I've called, I've reached a person 4 times. Each time they assured me an employee was working on sending me the documents I needed and a week later I still haven't receieved anything. I've left 3 voicemails with no calls back. Our mutual customer has even called and they assured him they were sending me the documents and I still have yet to receive anything or hear back from anyone in that office. I've been doing my job for quite some time and have never had this much trouble gett the paper work I needed. I've even dealt with multiple state farm branches with absolutely no trouble what-so-ever. Going through this experience really makes me question if there are even people in Mrs. Hahn's office seeing as I call multiple times a day at different intervals. Suffice it to say dealing with Mrs. Hahn's office has been extremely frustrating and I hope in the future I wont have to deal with them again.
