Drove to office that I knew of, asked the new renter if Allstate left a forwarding address. NOPE! Tore open the envelope that I got back, found a phone number on that. Called and at least got to make contact with someone who gave me their Debary address. I guess it would of cost too much to notify anyone of the change of hands and new office address. This rule explains why this agent, Dan Daniels was unwilling to work on my behalf when I needed him to help me in a pinch because a former agent originally wrote my coverage back in 1989. I guess if youre not getting paid, why do any work? Just letting all you other customers out there why you are at risk with AllState.
