When I actually need help or support, messages go unanswered. Back in October, Carmen promised to credit my account but failed to do so. I waited for months and received no meaningful support or follow-up despite reaching out multiple times. More recently, I've been trying to contact them to cancel one of my policies, and once again, they will not respond at all. This is especially frustrating because texting is offered as a communication option, yet messages are ignored when it's inconvenient for them. This lack of responsiveness is unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend Carmen or this office.

-------------------…read more I've had nothing but a bad experience with these people with homeowners insurance. The first agent I signed up with made several bad mistakes during the sign up process. First she gave me an incorrect quote and had to raise the quote higher than what she had originally told me. Then when I still signed up with them, she made several errors on the paperwork that I wasn't aware of which resulted in the price going up by several hundred dollars a few months into the policy. She did make things right for the year atleast and admitted her mistake. And I can say atleast she answered the phone and made time to talk to me when I called, which is more than I can say for her replacement... Denise. When it came time to renew my policy, I found that the first agent was gone and replaced by Denise. I found Denise to be difficult and impossible to work with. I felt she was unwilling to do what I asked, was consistently argumentative on the phone, and was rude. She also complained about her workload during conversations (seemingly using it as an excuse why she hadnt done what I asked) and on atleast 2 occasions, told me she was too busy to stay on the phone with me because she had another client waiting. It was for these reasons that I fired this agency after giving them more than enough 2nd chances, and switched to a different one. No idea if Denise is still there but I won't hire them again either way.

I took the refund check up to Pruett Williams & was assured the problem would be taken care of & my insurance reinstated. Fast forward a year later I haven't gotten a renewal notice & come to find out I haven't had any homeowners insurance for the past 9 months & Security First has been "holding" my refund check. So they find me new insurance with Tower Hill which I pay in full a few weeks later I get a bill from Tower Hill saying I owe more money so I call Pruett William on 3/18/15 @ 8:36am an leave a message on voicemail a week goes by & NO ONE returns my call so I call again on 3/25 12:21pm & leave another message. I finally get a call back at 2:09pm, told they will find out why my premium increased & call me back. I don't get a return call which I missed, until the next day 3/26pm @ 4:36pm. With another message telling me it will be taken care of, so I call them back on 3/27 @ 8:27am & leave ANOTHER message & NO ONE BOTHERS TO RETURN MY CALL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF LOOKING FOR A NEW AGENT.
