I have been with them for over a year and the communication is minimal at best, they never contact you with market trends everything is self-help on the computer no human relationship. I travel for a living and don't spend much time on the internet, I am a people person. I explained this when I hired them, requesting a call once a quarter and possibly a sit-down meeting if needed, everything always starts out great and then as time goes by you never hear from anyone. The market is very volatile right now and you would think that your planner would call you with some comfort or strategy to make you feel better about what you are paying them to do.
When you finally do get them and you start asking questions, they treat you like you should know how to find the answers, might as well do it yourself and save the money and aggravation. If you are looking for customer service and good communication and explanation of what they are doing for you, look elsewhere, they will get you in and then unless you have mega bucks pretty much forget about you. read more
