That didn't make money sense so my parents and I contacted the agency to change the policy. Stephanie argued that that's not what my parents need and would not change the policy. My parents were there on the line and gave proper authorization to speak with me but no matter what the custom requested they were not going to change the policy, WOW. Now my mother has passed and I contacted the agency to let them know I would be using State Farm but not their agency and told them why. When I asked why Ken Wick had never called me I was told I never called them. After explaining I record all of my conversations the story changed to I called in but no message was given. Today I called back to talk to Ken Wick personally but again unable to get thru the girls to get message thru?They call this great customer service?Weird way to conduct business telling the customer what they have to get rather than what they want?Sad agency and would recommend any other agency than this one.
