I also dealt with the owner as all other reviews say you will which is nice. It truly is a small family business. Cons: I don't know if you'd call this a con but is worth mentioning. This is a VERY small company. A family business. I prefer supporting a family business but I also expected a "team" to come lay my plank flooring and only one person came alone and was here until 8pm- almost a 12 hour day! He did a perfect job. The quality is unmatched and I am very pleased. Also, there were a couple instances of running late and we had to call them to check up - it would have been nice if we would have gotten a call instead of us having to reach out.
