Street parking, not sure if there's a lot. Clean storefront but once you walk inside, it's a cute bakery and restaurant. Theres also a patio out back which we didn't see. The place is quite beautiful. Well decorated with a nice clean modern touch to it. Walk through the door and you're greeted with the hostess which is also connected to the bakery. The smell of fresh baked goods and coffee, nice. To one side of the restaurant is the kitchen. There's seating along the bar area if you want that chefs table vibe. Restaurant isn't too big so seating can get a little cramped. We were there for a friend's birthday which this was an amazing recommendation. Lunch menu is somewhat small but let me just say everything sounded amazing. Also the drink list was quite nice too. Food wise, started off with the arancini with homemade tomatoes sauce and Parmesan. Small bites but quite nice and tasty. Good for sharing. Then straight to the entrees. Oh lunch and dinner is somewhat similar as some things are removed and added to the menu. The steak salad with arugula, salanova, pecorino, avocado, cucumber with red wine vinaigrette. Wow, the presentation alone was beautiful and the taste, superb. I highly recommend this dish. It's decent size for one but also great for sharing. Then you have the burrata and prosciutto pizza with tomato sauce, arugula, olive oil, and sea salt. Nice wood oven thin crust pizza that was tasty. Great as an entree or perfect for sharing. Lastly the chicken malenese. Simple yet so good with a nice thin breaded chicken cooked perfectly. And then topped with a massive heaping of arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese and lemon vinaigrette. A classic dish that so good. Very light as well. Of course as it was a birthday lunch, dessert was had. The vanilla bean pound cake with berries and cream with the orange blossom honey on the side. And the affogato, both were delicious and a nice little treat after a hearty meal. Daria was the one that took care of us. First off let me say she was amazing. There was a little this and that and that on the side with ordering with one of the guest. But she took it like a champ and was accommodating and sweet. Made sure we were well taking cared of and checked on us often to see if there was anything else we needed. Amazing customer service and just an absolute doll overall. It was a first for all of us and the meal was excellent. From service to food, it was top notch. Now we just need to make a trip back for dinner and try the patio. Being a Conan fanatic, I made a pilgrimage here. I came on a Friday around lunch without a reservation. There was only 1 person ahead of me in line and I was immediately seated at the counter. The decorations are casual with an eclectic mix of hand drawn art on the walls. The rest of the restaurant is contemporary and clean. One of the advantages of sitting at the counter is that you can watch them make pizzas right in front of you since it's an open kitchen. Instead of staring at my phone since I wanted to soak everything in, I watched someone stretch and round out a pizza and then stick it into a wood burning oven. As a vegetarian, I'm glad that there were dishes with V's next to them. There are also dishes you can ask to be made vegetarian. I ordered a garlic knot and a market veggie pizza. I had never seen a garlic knot like that before. The ones I've seen are a piece of bread folded to look like a knot. Over here, they fill dough with cloves of garlic then literally tie it up with a piece of string, like when I got home with some leftovers, I had to figure out how to untie it. At the restaurant, it came out steaming hot, crispy on the outside, and soft and juicy in the inside. My waiter was accommodating when I asked for some ingredients to be removed from my pizza. When it came out, it looked so colorful. The dough was thin and the ingredients were really flavorful. As I was eating it, I actually thought to myself "Oh, this is divine" and even when I was eating leftovers I thought to myself "This is so yummy." On the pizza box for leftovers, it instructs you to reheat it directly on the rack in the oven. It works, however, since the dough is thin, the pointed end of a pizza slice flopped down and dropped a few ingredients to the bottom of my oven. I was worried about parking, but easily found a metered spot on Harvard St. It was only when I was leaving that I realized if I had driven a little further down, I could've found spots in front of houses without meters. You can pay the meters by text which is convenient because you can add more time on your phone if you need to. It is a bit expensive since I paid around $50 with tip for the 2 items I ordered, but as long as I have leftovers, I don't feel too bad about it.

Fiorelli combines Neapolitan-style and New York pizza together, so you get the rich flavors and thin slices of the Neapolitan-style pizza, but without the sloppy flop. Each slice, despite being thin, has structure and crispiness to it, so each bite is surely heavenly. Their dough is also slow-fermented, so it has a pleasant flavor depth that is almost similar to sourdough, but not quite sour. I got the Pepperoni + Burrata + Hot Honey. They are generous in the amount of pepperoni they give. Each pepperoni was cooked to perfection - curled and slightly crispy along the edges while packed with the spicy pepperoni flavor. The burrata was creamy and savory. The hot honey added sweetness and pleasant heat. I liked that they serve the honey separately, so you have full control of how much honey you actually want to drizzle on your pizza. The pizza is topped off with fresh basil leaves, oregano, chili flakes and aged parmesan. Everything came together very well. Lastly, their pizzas are sized perfectly. This one does not live up to its other locations. This was our 3rd experience eating. There's always only ONE server for the entire one side of this restaurant. Which means of course longer wait times to getting anything - even getting a glass of water took 20 minutes. And this was in close to 100° weather. Each time we asked for something simple, we had to wait 10-20 minutes (and they neglected the things they should have included ...) when they brought out the pizza as our main course, they didn't clear are already empty salad plates, and didn't bother to bring clean ones, so we basically had to eat without clean plates. When we asked for fresh plates, our server said no problem, then immediately started taking orders at two other tables, there were no bus people around to ask for help, so we basically just went the whole meal without plates. And they never brought the ones we requested. When we were asked, "Would you like dessert?" The timing to get dessert menu was 15 MINUTES. For over $120 - this was the worst pizzeria experience we've had to date. NO PARKING options is another big problem - No Valet. No parking lot. You're on your own to find metered street parking and watch the time - you will get a ticket on Ventura. No side streets to park on at night - all permited. We hope more restaurants will care more if they charge these expensive prices - $120 for 2 people deserves far better experience and value. No one checked in on us during the mail to see if we were OK, the pizza arrived practically cold, jena stated did not have proper plates, when we need more napkins, there was no one around to ask, refills on water happened once in our two hours there, and the atmosphere is standard.
