We rented tables, chairs, and pop up tent from Sammy's. They are very responsive and easy to work with. However, the person who came to give us an estimate did not explain all the possible options to us.. We didn't like the way the tent eventually looked with the sandbags exposed in the middle of the deck. The folks who came to install the pop-up tent explained that there could have been another better- looking option but unfortunately that was never proposed to us even tho we specifically asked. read more

Very good experience. Communication was very efficient, and professional, the prices were reasonable and comparable to other places. What a great experience dealing with Sammy's for our wedding earlier this month. After researching options and having so many "jaw-drop" moments at the pricing, my cousin told me to check out Sammy's in Manassas. Holy heck, I was amazed at how much less they cost than all the others in the area. I secured a tent with lights, dance floor, tables, chairs, table clothes, arbor and 2-stall step up (bougee) potty trailer, all for less than $3K...note that other companies wanted $8K+ for just the tent, dance floor, table and chairs. As the months ticked by, I reached out to Sammy's, on multiple occasions with questions. Every time, I received an immediate response. They just couldnt have been nicer although I am quite sure that I was driving them a bit crazy. Deliver/Pick-up was on-time as promised, and billing was super easy and efficient. A+ rating all day and will absolutely use them again for any event we plan. HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

Terrible prices. Not helpful when an issue occurs. I rented two speakers and a wireless microphone for $157 for one day. I figured the price was because I called a few days before I needed it and maybe they didn't have many left, but when I got there to pick them up they had MANY left. No biggie, it was last second anyway. What made me upset is that one of the speakers did not work for my event, so when I returned them I told them about the issue and Mercedes said they gave me a discounted price. I thanked them and left with the new invoice. When I looked at it closely later I realized they did not deduct from the price at all so I called her again and she said she would have to ask her manager. $157 for one speaker to not even work is ridiculous. I never received a call back. I will not be renting from here again. read more

We rented white padded chairs for our ceremony, a half-round table as a sweetheart table, a farm table for our bride & groom party, & cushioned chiavari chairs for us & our parties. Mercedes in the front office was quick to respond to our emails (usually within 24 hours) & was accommodating of all our changes. We appreciated that the final count was due until 6pm two days before delivery. Wish I could leave a negative star review. We used Sammy's our wedding rentals, and they were just awful. The driver showed up almost 2 hours late, and left without delivering our entire order. He yelled at us, saying he had a more important delivery and would be back later with the rest. We had to drive back to the wedding venue later that day to see if he actually dropped the rest of the stuff off. As well, when I called the office to complain about the drivers behavior, the person practically hung up on me. I know I probably sounded hysterical, but it was 24 hours before my wedding and they treated me like shit and I didn't deserve that stress. On top of everything else, when they came to pick up the rentals, they left trash all over the ground, including discarded zip-ties and dumped a huge pile of popcorn on the ground. read more

Sammy's did an excellent job with the delivery, set up and pick up of the chairs. I ordered 30 gold chivari chairs with burgundy cushions. They set up on time and waited on site to pick up the chairs. The staff was very flexible as the morning of the wedding we had to move the ceremony inside due to weather. Okay. I just had to write a review about this place. Service - great! They correspond via email pretty quickly. They surprised me by setting up the dance floor and left, before I even got there. The people are on time and friendly. Had a pleasure or doing business with them, that I used them for my son's 1 year birthday party. Price - I think they're fair. To be honest, I haven't really shopped elsewhere. Well.. Technically I have and these people were a lot cheaper, that I had to go through them right away, since it was so last minute. - 8' to 10' backdrop for $30, sounded pretty reasonable. - $130 for the dance floor, versus the hotel was gonna charge me $400?, a steal! Bottom line - Heck yea! I would totally go to this company for future party rentals! The best thing? You can ask them about 3-4 days before the event for the rentals and they will have it available. Had an event July 11th. During that's questionable times, Sammy's was patient and very helpful. We had plenty of time to change in details since it was shifting so much due to the pandemic. We rented a 50' x 20' tent with flooring and dance floor. We were concerned about how our grass would survive, but their new flooring has holes in it, so it did not kill the lawn!! Plus it felt cushioned while still giving firm footing. On a not completely flat surface, it was easy to walk on and gave good support. Used Sammy's for a Saturday event on Saturday, July 3, 2021. They were great!!! On time hours before my party to permit us time to set up and then came back on an "observed" holiday, Monday July 5 to pick up the items. I ordered 9 - 30 inch round tables and 18 chairs. Very reasonably priced, the tables were bit not super great but I did expect that from normal wear and tear of a rental product, table cloths (purchased myself) worked great to hide it without issue. This is my second time to rent from Sammy's Rental. Previously I rented stage for very low price compared to where I checked another place in the same county. This time I rented two speakers and a wireless mic for a wedding ceremony and both of them made our event perfect. The owner himself is so humble and treated me down the earth answering my questions and demonstrating how to use the sound system. I visited the place and proved that they have this huge place because of their best service and available options. I definitely contact them for my future needs and with honest testimony encourage anyone interested to use them. However, don't get me wrong, if someone or even the owner makes you disappointed it may be happening just instant emotionality which should be ignored unless it is repeated with the same mistake the next time. We all make mistake(s) but we like to be excused for the first time and the next one will be on ours. The customer service rep at Sammy's was incredibly helpful and helped me pick out the right equipment and chairs. The delivery process was seamless and VERY punctual. The website was easy to use and their selections were incredible. The quality of the equipment, especially the chairs, were great. I'm so glad we went with the linens too--they really helped elevate the tables and were delivered sparkling clean. We rented a large tent, dance floor, chairs, tables, linens, plates, glassware, and lighting from Sammy's Rentals for our wedding in August. I must have sent 100 emails back and forth with the customer service rep I worked with regarding different requests and changes to our quote and they were always quick to respond and more than accommodating. They provided multiple quotes, different layout options for the table and chairs, and much, much more. There website was also one of the only websites that I found that had all of their products listed, and all of their pricing listed, which made it easy to make decisions. Two days before the wedding, Sammy's arrived on time at the venue to set up the tent, table & chairs, etc. The 3 gentlemen who set up everything were awesome. When they realized a generator to power our coolant fans was not included in our rental they notified me immediately. I freaked out a little bit, because no one ever mentioned that we would need a generator for those. When I called Sammy's Rentals they apologized and told me that a generator was already en route to our venue, free of charge. Talk about awesome customer service!! Sammy's Rentals along with providing awesome service, was also very reasonably priced. Their quote came in about $1000 cheaper than some other popular rental vendors. Giving 4 stars as the kids' chairs were a little banged up looking (but with kids' chairs some of that is to be expected); however all the materials worked great for our party, and they were professional and easy to work with. Working with limited funds in organizing a fundraiser event for my organization, we used Sammy's Rental to rent a stage and chinaware/silverware. Their team came earlier than expected and waited patiently until I got there to get my thoughts on where to set up the stage. They offered their thoughts and ideas with little hesitation to make our event possible. Talk about professional and helpful! We ended up not using all the stage parts and they were fairly nice about it and even credited us for the parts we did not use. As for the chinaware/silverware, it came in a beautiful, clean condition. Very well organized in a tub and plastic racks. At the end of the night, we were missing a few knives and forks. To my relief, they did not charge us for the missing pieces. The receptionist who I have called almost every week up until our event was extremely professional and answered my questions and concerns. I called Sammy's Rental, and the gentleman basically sent us the chairs we needed within 2 hours of calling in! Originally, we were asking for delivery for tomorrow but they didn't have any deliveries available and he recommended Brooke Rental in Vienna but we actually personally do NOT like them at all for extremely poor customer care (the guy who owns it is extremely rude!!) so when we told him this, he did everything in his power to deliver the services we required...and faster than expected too!
