We had a great experience with Nova Event Rental. Attentive communication and very flexible with us. We picked up tables/chairs on a Friday night for my daughter's birthday party on Saturday and planned to return Saturday night when finished. The party concluded later than expect and we were tired. The owner allowed us to return them on Sunday instead with no additional charge. They carry an extensive range of party rental needs. We will definitely use Nova Event Rental again! read more

NoVa Event Rentals - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

Easy to book and very reasonable rental pricing. Great communication via email. Flexible pick up and drop off times were available to us. Pickup was out of a residential house, so that was a little suprising. But service was fast and everything was ready when I arrived. The gentleman loaded everything for me as well. Would use again. read more

Excellent customer service! Our rental was small (just five tables) but NoVa Event Rentals treated us like a major customer. I especially appreciated that they communicated with us by text and phone regarding every step of the process. read more

I was so happy to find NoVa Event Rentals - they really helped us out. We had a yard sale and needed some tables to display our many 'precious' items! I found NoVA Rentals, I sent them an email at 3:08, by 3:25 everything was set! Excellent response time. The most helpful part was that they allow you to do your own pick-up and returns. Most party/event rentals do not allow you to pick up tables as they make money on the delivery. We rented 6 tables and really couldn't justify spending an additional $80-$100 on delivery as that would really eat into our profits from what we were selling. When we arrived, they loaded them in the truck for us - a real big help. They also laid down heavy cardboard to protect them. We didn't even think about that, and we do have moving blankets (so if you're renting and have your own blankets or tarps, try to remember to bring them). They also helped unload the tables when we returned them the next day. The whole thing just worked out great. I'll be recommending Nova Rentals to everyone. They helped make our yard sale was a great success! read more
