The five stars (6 if there was such a thing) is for the customer service that I received. About 2 weeks before the event, I scoured Yelp to find a bouncy house for a bunch of three year olds. I sent Krazy Bounce a message through yelp. That filling Monday, I got a prompt call back. Long story short- we went back and forth on whether we wanted to get it and finally decide to splurge. The price was reasonable as they come set everything up and then also tear it all down. We didn't have to pick it up or attempt to finagle it together. So the day before the party, the weather literally said 100% chance of rain and thunderstorms. I reluctantly called Krazy Bounce to cancel and was prepared to pay a portion of the reservation for cancelling so late. But the guy I was speaking with said it was no problem and they wanted the kids to be safe and there was no fee for cancelling and to keep them in mind if we ever needed their services. Ok.. what?! In this area, that type of service is never available! I was so grateful for them to work with us that I want to just have them come out during the summer for my two kids and the family to have some fun! If you're looking for honest, hardworking, fair people, this is the place for it!! Thank you Krazy Bounce for re-instilling that humanity still exists in the DC area!

Tim came out for a site-visit to evaluate the property for Plan A and Plan B locations and fully understood that we had to wait until the last possible day to decide which Plan to go with. Throughout the planning process Tim was accessible by telephone and email. No matter how many phone calls he received from me, he was always very courteous and patient. His suggested tent size was just right as we utilized every square foot we had available. Tent set-up took place the Wednesday before the Saturday wedding to ensure there was enough time in case we ran into any hiccups. The crew needed little instruction as they worked efficiently as they could. Day 2 included installation of the side walls and heaters. I was able to add 3 chandeliers at the last minute as I suspected it would be too dim in the tent on a cloudy day. Tim was able to fit that in at the last minute without hesitation. To ensure no leaks would happen, they sprayed the tops of the tent with water and patched up any spots on-site. The day of the wedding I ran into an emergency with the heater and Tim was able to send out a tech to not only assess but replace immediately. I fully understand that hiccups happen unexpectedly and I appreciate Tim's efforts in resolving it ASAP. Throughout the planning process Tim assured that his team would stay as long as needed to make sure the job was done and they did just that. We received MANY compliments on the tent and lighting provided by Brooke Rental Center. Please ask for Tim for your event-- he is great

I reached out prior to my date just to confirm all was well. I was expecting 2x6 prints (I thought was standard) so I purchased 2x6 acrylic frames for my guests as favors -- they printed the other size photos instead... no big deal. My guests absolutely loved the magic mirror -- so I was thrilled about that. The major issue was that according to the contract, I should have received a thumb drive with all of the photos, as well as the scrap book with the photos my guests printed and added to the book. I received the scrapbook but did not receive the thumb drive. It took almost 2 months of calling and emailing (and countless frustration) to finally get them to send the photos through Dropbox. So many "I'll send them when I get in.... give me an hour and I'll send them.... I'll be home in 30mins and I'll send them" -- I was beyond annoyed. I did my best to remain patient -- and although I finally received them, I don't think I'll ever use them as a vendor again. I certainly wouldn't recommend them -- just because of the frustration that was caused. The product itself was awesome, but the follow-through and completion of contract left a lot to be desired. This may have been a fluke in their entire history - but it has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.
