The prices are reasonable and the service is prompt! We have rented the basic moonbounce (15'x15') and obstacle course moonbounces, all of them come clean and ready to use (once they're inflated of course). I've heard from friends who have rented from other companies that there was trash, etc. in their moonbounce which they had to clean. This is NOT the case with Hop on Pops, their items come clean and ready to go. Our items have always comes on time, if not extremely early. Our last rental was in May 2012 and the moonbounce came one day early (no extra charge) due to our party's schedule early the next morning. My kids were ecstatic - and so were the adults who got some time to play before the kid's birthday party. I find Hop on Pops cost effective and reliable- which is very important since you never want a late moonbounce for a 2-3 hour kid's party- then it's just pure anarchy!
