She and her husband invited us to the home office so we could see firsthand the quality of decorations, worked out a budget for us that included det-up and delivery and during their own vacation kept in touch with additional requirements we needed. On the day of the event, they were there earlier and once inside the restaurant (they have done several events) worked quickly and efficiently to put together as well as help decorate a Board I had created for the event and spread additional flowers my wife had brought . Blossom Blossom designed so many beautiful pieces for us: the entryway arch, the stunning main arch, delicate stair garlands, tray garlands, centerpieces, two floral vases, the backdrop draping and all of the bridesmaid bouquets. Every single arrangement felt so intentional and meaningful. Even after we signed the contract, we realized we needed to add a few more elements, and Lisa and Henry were so gracious and accommodating. Not once did they make us feel like we were asking for too much or being a burden. Their flexibility and kindness during the chaos of wedding planning meant so much to us. They were also incredibly understanding of our schedule--we had a hectic wedding weekend and they worked around our timing without hesitation. They showed up right on time, were professional but so genuinely warm, and brought such a calm and joyful energy to the day. I asked her for the contact information and she sent me the website for Sweet Gifts which I saved onto my "Favorites" links on my phone. Fast forward one year later... I'm planning my own socially distanced "drive by" and "drop in" baby shower with close friends and family. One of the first businesses that I inquired was Sweet Gifts because I've always wanted a balloon garland. However, Sweet Gifts is more than just balloons, balloon walls, and garlands -- they also do custom laser cuts and engraving and grass backdrop rentals as well! Their balloon work is so aesthetically pleasing and they really take their time to curate an impressive look for your event (if you don't believe me, check out their Instagram for some of their beautiful work!). I went with the grass backdrop rental, laser cut, and a ready-to-hang garland to display. The team came on time and was able to set everything up within 2.5 hours! They also wore masks throughout the whole setup and always knocked on the door to make sure to get my opinion on the display. I received several compliments from our guests and have told them all about Sweet Gifts! Additionally, they came back later that evening to take down the grass backdrop and left us with the ready-to-hang garland and laser cut for us to keep. When it comes to payment, you will pay 50% for your reservation and then 50% the day before. They also accepted payment through various methods. When the crew arrived they were very professional and done so quickly I couldn't believe it. I have found kits that you can buy to make displays but I cant imagine ever being able to make something so beautiful. Jen was amazing, she felt like some of the design elements would crowd the space and made some suggestions that were even better than the original ideas. Ryan from Da Vinci Sound and Vision was a consummate professional thought the planning process of…read moreour wedding and on the day of the event. With his help we were able to pull off a lovely ceremony and an awesome reception with ambiance and dancing in spades. Ryan replied promptly to emails and phone calls and was proactive in gathering information that he required. I was extremely picky with the songs that I wanted to be played at our wedding and pretty much chose each song to be played during the event. Ryan was happy to accommodate my requests and offered many valuable suggestions throughout the planning process including song choices, number of songs, song flow, light effects and general flow of the event. We didn't have a designated wedding coordinator though the venue coordinator did act as such on the day of the event. Ryan worked with her to coordinate each step of the day and pulled it all off without any major issues. The minor ones that did arise didn't catch him off guard (like when they brought out dinner before the toasts) and he dealt with them professionally and was able to minimize their effect of the rest of the event. Ryan was a great MC for the event and was enthusiastic and fun without being overbearing. He helped create just the kind of light, fun and friendly atmosphere that we were looking for. He was also vital to managing the flow of day's events like dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc. We literally could not have done it without him. The sound and lighting equipment provided was top notch to say the least. The ceremony was outside and everyone was clearly heard though the secondary speaker system and portable mics. The ceremonial music played though these sounded great as well. The speakers for the reception were quite loud and crisp and could have easily filled a room 10x the size of our rather large reception hall. The best part however was the lighting. Ambient lighting was provided that gave the room a very warm and tasteful glow that evolved as the night went on. The main light rig held a number of lights, lasers and a disco ball that Ryan gradually increased the intensity of as the night went on. By the end of the night (per my request) it was like being in a world class night club or at an arena concert. Overall I would highly recommend Da Vinci Sound and Vision to anyone who is interested in DJ services. I looked into a number of companies and no one came close to offering the same level of value that they did. I can't say what other companies level of customer service is like but as someone who has made a career in the IT and medical customer service field I recognize and appreciate great customer service. Da Vinci Sound and Vision provided truly great customer service.

He is a respectable, kind person to work with and has a flexible schedule to show you his showroom and what he offers. He also sits down with his clients to help them pick out color schemes, decoration items, and to make any changes. His decorations are done well before the event starts and he knows how to manage his team. I highly recommend using him for small or large events. I used his decorations for a 50 person mendhi event, a 100 person event, and a 300 person event. He has done a wonderful job for each.
