I was trying to carry too many things in from the car and I kid you not I watched in horror as the big bouquet of Paw Patrol balloons flew into the air! I called Party City in a panic and asked if they could rush a new order. They immediately inflated a replacement and wouldn't let us pay. I would've paid double. My daughter was SO happy to see balloons on her chair when she got home:) In addition to great customer service, Party City has quality products and big selection. Balloons stay inflated much longer than expected. Returns from both in-store and online purchases are easy. Parking at this location is great and a visit can be combined with grocery shopping at Lidl or Giant, the Dollar Store, and a Starbucks/Dunkin treat. I also love the selection of items for non-party occasions. I get single lollipops/candy for stocking stuffers, paper table cloths for holidays that kids can color, and window clings for holiday decor.
