Our instructor was very helpful and took us through various stages of decorating eight different cookies. The Davie again with having the teams work together to prepare royal icing in different shades and consistencies. Once when you got that in play then we started with decorating our cookies at various levels. For this class we did not have to bake the cookies. They came prepared and ready and all that we had to do was learn the proper techniques for applying royal icing and we're given our supplies needed and could even keep the supplies that we used to take home after the class. I will definitely be taking more classes at the Wilton school. All of my questions that I had were thoroughly ask. I was not a beginner royal icing student. But I did ask questions that were a little bit more complex and regardless of the kind of person that I had I was met with a smile and an appropriate answer. If you have any doubt about whether or not you should take a class at the Wilton school, do not hesitate. They are great! Added some more photos of either cookies that I made from their designs or ones that I took their technique they taught to the next level!

Luckily, I went with a big group and got to try and number of things off the menu. I will point out that some things listed on the menu was not available such as their Lobster Bisque & the Caesar salad. The food was phenomenal. It did take about 30 - 40 mins for our food to come out but I'm assuming that's because it was made fresh. There was only one worker & bartender working at the time which is fine because it wasn't that crowded but the customer service was a little slow. Plenty of space for seating (tables and booths). This place is perfect for Sunday brunch or dinner! Lastly, I love that it's located in Blue Island!

Love the maps on the walls. The concept is cool to have different food items from over the globe. Loved that! I had the shrimp bao thrn I ordered the chicken bao. Both were amazing! Thank you Deja, our waiter for the recommendation. My friends had the steak frites and the steak was delicious! Moist for sure. I didn't try the wings but she said they were good. Looking forward to going back for brunch!

I grit my teeth and resigned myself to going. I am sooooo glad I did! The ladies who did the class were highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Liz was quite patient and Michelina warm and welcoming, making everyone feel at home. They taught us a lot about the art of pizza making adding personal touches, with a dash of history, and entertaining humor. When the time came for us to start our own creations, they had taught well, so we were ready to go. They were generous with ingredients and guided us through the process. When all was said and done, each of us enjoyed a tasty pizza with enough left over to take some home. Also included in our meal, was a delicious salad with a tasty dessert pizza. Although I was initially reluctant to partake and went due to obligation, I would happily return by choice. All in all, the experience was enjoyable, fun, and delicious!!

She made us a welcome drink which was very tasty. She told us a little about herself and experience as a chef. We learned so much inclusive of knife sharpening techniques to how to properly cut fruits and vegetables, putting together seasoning, tips and tricks, and some facts about food. She even took photos of us and shared them. She made us feel like family at home having us over for dinner helping cook. It was such a memorable experience and so unique and perfect for my team. We all love food and travel so this is definitely one for the books. We all had a blast and would highly recommend.

I had the pimento dip, the 3 cheese breadsticks, and the baguette with fig spread and honestly considered canceling the rest of my day and just living there. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and ridiculously good. The bread was perfect, the cheeses were rich and flavorful, and the fig spread with the baguette deserved its own fan club. The drinks absolutely held their own too. The Summer Spritz was crisp and refreshing, while the sangria came in with a polite smile and then quietly reminded me to respect it because wow, it was strong and delicious.
