I had them delivered, and even on the busiest floral day of the year, they arrived right on time and in perfect condition. The arrangements were stunning--lush, high-end, and far beyond the 'standard' bouquets you find elsewhere. I wanted something different and centerpieces that wouldn't "compete" with our venue (the Chicago Cultural Center) - Esther really understood my vision even though I couldn't find the words to articulate it sometimes. She was very responsive to emails and invited us into the studio to go over the revised plan when I decided to change the centerpieces. She is a true artist and you can tell that she has a fantastic eye - in many of my emails back and forth with her, I couldn't make decisions on things, so I'd just say, "please do what you think looks best, I trust you." I could not have been more pleased with my flowers on our wedding. I actually started to tear up when I saw my bouquet and my BM's bouquets and my eyes welled up again when I saw the reception room for the first time. Every single thing was executed perfectly and we're still receiving compliments from guests that our flowers were some of the best people have ever seen.

While planning a wedding you get suckered into thinking that everything that is super expensive must be better and that if you are not paying top price for whatever you are a bad bride. In the long list of wedding expenses, flowers were not my highest priority. (although I was told by several florist that they should be) Of course I wanted them to be beautiful and perfect etc, I just didn't want to spend my bonus on them. From the moment I walked in to meet with Esther I was in love, she was calm, super sweet and really really great to work with. She was not pushy, she understood the budget, and gave me amazing flowers. She allowed for me to buy my own vases, which lowered the overall cost and I let people to take the beautiful flowers home. All night long I received compliments on the center pieces and my flowers. This was one wedding vendor I did not have to worry about and since then I have recommended them to everyone I know.

These were people who told me they had worked in the hospitality and events industry for over a decade and had seen so many weddings over the years, and they said my flowers were some of the most beautiful they had ever seen. Our professional wedding photos are not ready yet, but I took these on my iPhone because I just had to capture them.   The flowers were literally everything I wanted, but better. It was exactly what I explained to them and what I envisioned, to a T. The artists here are so experienced and truly gifted. I was honestly in disbelief when I saw them bringing in my flowers. I was over the moon. I genuinely think one of my favorite parts of the entire day was seeing my bouquet for the first time. It was incredible.   They were right on time, incredibly communicative, and reasonably priced. My reception and ceremony would NOT have been the same without them.    The flowers were an absolute showstopper. They looked like a gush of deep, romantic love. The kicker: there is no doorman at this building. -- Day 1: I'm really disappointed by the way customers are treated here. It feels like because they do a lot of large-event business in the neighborhood (weddings, etc.), individual customers don't matter as much. Our delivery issue was caused on the store's end, yet instead of helping resolve it professionally, we were chastised and told, "YOU should have called sooner when we couldn't deliver" just as we were being called to say that delivery didn't happen AFTER their business closed. That response was dumb and incredibly off-putting. Mistakes happen -- what matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and unprofessional from start to finish. I won't be returning.
