Very cozy candy store tucked away in downtown Brookfield. Most of the items are custom-made. They also have some prepackaged, classic candies. They have friendly service. I bought a chocolate dipped pretzel stick and some gumny candies. They have things like chocolate bark, chocolate dipped oreos, other types of pretzels, etc. There's extremely limited parking in front since it's mainly a residential area that requires permits. I recommend parking on the other street one over and just walking to the store.

This place is awesome. I got to try a few different barks and my favorite is the Toffee Nut Crunch- it's toffee mixed in with chocolate with some nuts and salt. It's more on the salty and chocolate side which balances out the sweet from the toffee. If you are looking for a saltier, and chocolatier bark than the English Toffee, this is the one to get. The coffee white chocolate bark also has toffee in it, and is yummy. If bark isn't your thing, they have other chocolates and candies as well. I am a sucker for Sour Satellites/Saucer Wafers. I've love them since I was a kid so I bought three bags and ate one within minutes of leaving the store. My bf got the chocolate covered Oreos. He hasn't tried them yet, but I'm sure they will be great. The staff working here was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you come by and try something, you might just find something you love!

Classic little storefront for getting lots of candy in Brookfield. Fill My Jar is where you can go to fill your bag to be exact. It has the bins of bulk candies along with bigger items. A few of these are hard to find. There's lots of the classics you may not see much anymore, and it's great for gifts. A lot of the store consists of the bulk candy. It's $6.50 per pound. This is mix and match, and there's the usual stuff like Lemonheads and Smarties. Instead of filling a jar, you actually fill a bag. You get these near the entrance. Elsewhere in the store is hand crafted candies. The case below the counter is filled with chocolates with fillings such as peanut butter and whatever. Also there's bags of other chocolates. The prices are pretty good for a small store. Good place for getting some classic candy. It also has hand crafted chocolates and more. They also have rarer candy bars and things.

Thanks to Yelp, I found this gem in Brookfield! I didn't get the name of the lady behind the counter who was so friendly and knowledgeable when I stopped by on Saturday morning. I enjoyed learning about the store through her, what they make in house, etc. They have their bark which is what they're known for. I have to say their bark is unlike what I'm used to. I love that they make their own turtles, which I'm excited to try. They looked too good to pass up. As for bark I went with the mint cookie crumble which is dark chocolate with mint and Oreo cookie crumble. She offered me a sample. It was so delicious, and I love how it came in a cute mason jar. I also picked up a greeting card for Easter -- the owner's mother in law's friend made them, and they're so cute. My only challenge was finding parking right out front, since it's first come first serve and limited space. I ended up parking right behind their building. I'm excited to come back again in the future, and I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area.

This cute little candy and chocolate shop in Brookfield is such a gem! So much delectable chocolates and tons of your favorite candies throughout the store! They have a lot of unique candy gifts as well and it is so fun to walk through and look at all the options. Check it out if you are in the Brookfield, IL area!

Caramel, chocolate dipped Oreos, and a lemon toffee (or maybe the bark...)

Came here after having dinner nearby. It's a small ice cream/dessert spot. Their main offering is…read moreice cream with a small corner where they have other dessert options (e.g., chocolate). I ordered 2 scoops of strawberry pound cake and a vanilla flavor. It was served in a waffle cone, chocolate dipped bowl. The ice cream was good. The only complaint was that the store was fairly dirty and the beanie babies in the display had ice cream all over them. You could tell the kids were handling them. I don't think they'll sell with ice cream stickiness in the fur.

We came across their booth at the Brookfield Farmers Market on Saturday. The man (I assume the owner) was so friendly and happy, and yes, he lured us with a free sample of taffy grapes. I knew this was going to be a sale when I saw how awesome the taffy grapes looked, and then when I tried one holy cow! They tasted like a mini caramel apple with nuts, except.. not an apple, a grape. And not too much caramel. Ooooooo sooo good. Just enough sweetness. We got a big cup of grapes to share later. I couldn't resist the cute little cake pops that were made in a tiny little ice cream cone cup. I got one for my mom and she really enjoyed it. Can't wait to come back to the market to get some more taffy grapes! I can't believe I neglected to take a photo but if you go to their website their grapes on the site look just like what they sell in person. MMM!
