The woman that taught was really nice and did a great job teaching my son how to drive (he can parallel park better than me in our dodge 1500). Id say definitely stop over if your considering a class for your child. They are local, did good work, and I really appreciate their patience with my old fashioned ways! Thank ya!

I really enjoyed my lessons with him, and could not believe how quickly I developed confidence as a driver (I am 36 and had never driven before- either in the US or overseas, so I was starting from scratch). In just over a month, I felt prepared to take the road test. I actually began my lessons with another driving school, but left that school as the instructor was inattentive and unprofessional (talking/texting on his phone for most of the lesson, scheduling lessons with other students in the middle of my lesson). The behavior of the previous instructor made me extremely tense and apprehensive about what is a pretty daunting endeavor. On the other hand, when I began lessons with Ron I started to enjoy the process...which is how it should be! I also felt that he actually enjoyed teaching, which made me look forward to my lessons and made it easier to forget whatever stress I had before getting into the car with him. I also found it really convenient that Ron offers 1-hour lessons (most schools only offer 2)...that way I could take shorter lessons more frequently, and I think this was critical for me in terms of becoming more comfortable with the whole process (two hours seems like it will expedite the process but, when you are a beginner, the process is a bit overwhelming (you on edge the entire lesson, which takes a toll on the nerves) and, personally, I just wasn't able to cope with two 2-hour lessons a week. In my opinion, the shorter lessons spaced closer together were key to my success. I would highly recommend Ron if you want to not only become a great driver, but also enjoy the process.

He was condescending, rude and unprofessional with me and my child. He had lots of grey hair, he was around retirement age. With the way he treated us, he should be retired and away from young kids trying to get their license! At this business, they make the first time drivers (many of the minis 15 or 16 years old, mind you) start with parallel parking. The student gets one try. If they aren't lined up directly in a straight line with the cones, you have to pay one more and book another appointment. Kids aren't given a second try or any "suggestions" on what they can improve on before the second attempt. I think that is quite fraudulent, especially with the condescending tone and word choice this old man had with my child and I. Perhaps we got stuck with an older gentleman while everyone else; who gave this place 5 stars; must have a pleasant adult observer. Too bad we didn't get that. Especially knowing these kids are first time drivers, you would think they would receive some patience and not an intimidating and rude experience from a business. Take my word, book your appointment with not this man. Too bad I can't remember his name, avoid a retirement age man for your kid's and your own sake.

As soon as my daughter started asking Brandon questions regarding the parking portion (this is the only part of the test she was able to do at the OTHER place) he was patient and explained exactly what his expectations were of her. Brandon took time to show her diagrams and explain in DETAIL what she would need to do. She started her test with confidence and almost no anxiety. Segment one is two hours everyday Monday-Thursday for three weeks and you schedule six drive times with the instructor. When I first drove with the instructor I was nervous for that also as I didn't know how they'd react. The instructors had good criticism and portrayed it in a calm manner, which made me feel better about driving. I'm only a week into Segment One and I feel pretty confident about my driving skills. The only reason this place doesn't have five stars is because two hours can be a little boring (which is why I'm thankful there's a 15-20 minute break in the middle of class).

For example, an instructor took a student on highways during a rainstorm, which ended with an accident. On top of that, the school provided zero drive times during the entire Segment 1 class. I had to send two emails and call the office twice just to get any driving sessions scheduled for my kid, which was really frustrating. That said, one instructor really stands out -- Javon Gibbons. She is amazing! She's patient, encouraging, and keeps things calm so kids can actually learn without feeling stressed. My kids felt comfortable with her right away, and it really helped build their confidence. She's also respectful to both students and parents and is willing to work with families to make it the best experience possible. If you do decide to use this driving school, I would definitely recommend asking for Javon. With her, I know my kid is going to learn and he will be safe!

For weeks, every session has shown as unavailable, despite checking multiple times per day. My student needs to complete her drives by this Friday to take her road test, and we still can't schedule a single session. I've emailed three times and called twice requesting to speak with a manager. Both times I called, I was told someone from management would return my call within 72 hours. It's now been two weeks, and I have yet to hear from anyone. The complete lack of customer support is unacceptable. This company's management and scheduling system are severely mismanaged. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable driving school.
