I had to actually drive to the store only to be given the run-around again. We'll be taking legal action shortly. I ordered a couch from Jugo on April 7, 2013. I spoke with Georg, the owner, the next day and he confirmed the item was in stock and that it would ship within 10 days. Over the course of the next several weeks I was given several expected arrival dates by Georg but the couch never showed up. After a long and frustrating experience trying to track it down, I finally moved to cancel my order on May 8. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 business days. 1 week later, I still had not received a refund. I was told by Georg that it was just processed and would be available within 2 more business days. It is now May 23 and I have still not received a reimbursement nor have I received any further communication from Georg. Working with Jugo has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get refunded. I have email documentation of this entire terrible experience. It is unfortunate that people like Jugo take advantage of consumers. They owe my over $2K.

What should have been a simple garage door job turned into a ridiculous number of problems, return visits, and time I had to take away from work. First, they tore down my weather stripping even though they were NOT supposed to touch it. While doing that, they scratched up the aluminum around my garage door. They then had to come back to replace the weather stripping and repair the aluminum they damaged. When they replaced the aluminum, they installed the WRONG COLOR, so I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment for them to come back and fix their mistake. Then the garage door started making noises, came off the track, and almost fell. Yet again, I had to arrange another service call to have them come out and fix it. As if all of that wasn't frustrating enough, they also completely NO-SHOWED for one of my scheduled appointments. I rearranged my schedule and made myself repeatedly available for appointments--all of which were only necessary because of their own mistakes. After all of these issues, I asked for a reasonable adjustment to my bill. Considering the damage they caused, incorrect repairs, repeated service calls, no-show, and the amount of my time that was wasted, I don't think that was an unreasonable request. Instead, I was extremely disappointed with their response and lack of accountability. One mistake is understandable. This wasn't one mistake. It was problem after problem after problem. When you hire and pay a professional company, you shouldn't have to repeatedly take time off work so they can come back and correct damage or mistakes from previous visits. I gave them multiple opportunities to make things right and I was extremely kind and patient throughout it all. Looked at the iron filter & told us it was no longer working & was too old to be repaired. Because they installed our old system, we had them install our new system, even though the quote seemed pricey. They installed it either the same or next day (I can't recall). The rust is gone & the water no longer smells bad so I am happy about that. I do feel like we probably paid too much, but didn't have any other quotes to compare their price with. Had we not done business with them in the past & felt so desperate about our current water situation, receiving additional estimates would have been the prudent thing to do. Did we pay too much? ‍ Maybe. The system is in. It was done in short order, and, at this time I'm very happy with my water quality.

Their service manage was incredibly rude and condescending to me - blaming us for choosing this system despite it being one of 2 suggested to us - and the billing person being worse, now threatening to send a $97.50 charge for the service call (which I had never been levied before, nor informed of in advance to have consented to) to collections and being very combative on a call where I simply tried to find a positive resolution. Luckily the GM of the U-Haul facility put us in touch with John Caldwell of J.C. Moving Company. Even though John and his crew were at another job site, they agreed to come help us unload our truck after their job was completed...on a Sunday! A few hours later, John and his crew called us 30 minutes before they arrived to confirm and helped us unload all of our things. He and his crew were very kind, friendly and took good care of our things while unloading.
