Since I work in the medical field myself, I am privy to who the great doctors are in the area, who the merely good doctors are and also who the not-so-good doctors are. Across the board, both the professional and layperson opinions of Dr. Ballin were always the very best. I find him to be thorough and extremely knowledgeable and I've always felt listened to during my visits. I've never felt rushed and have always felt well taken care of. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Ballin to any patient desiring a top-drawer internal medicine physician.

From the initial time I had the procedure done to this second go around about a year later, his professionalism, thorough explanations, and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease. So much so, I call myself a walking advertisement for any family and friends who are suffering from similar aches. PRP with Dr. Shukhman is the way to go. The procedure itself was smooth. Dr. Shukhman has always taken the time to explain every step and made sure I understood what to expect during and after the treatment. The first go around it was within a short period of time I started to feel the difference. He has become my primary care doctor, the PRP is just a plus side to the many health procedures he offers. The staff is courteous, the environment is clean and calming, and Dr. Shukhman always takes the time to truly listen. His medical practice has been a real asset to my overall health and recovery. This is something that is RARELY seen in medical practices. You typically get 10 minutes with a doctor before they have to move on. Dr. Shukhman ALWAYS takes his time to listen to every single concern and explain everything to the most minute detail. A complete change to the medical world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was treated like utter crap by this doctor and I trusted Dr Shukmans referral and didn't do the research because of that. After coming out of the terrible experience with the referral Dr, I read their reviews and they were awful! Dr Shukman really needs to check out his referrals better in the future as this lost him my business and maybe others who read this review. All I can say is no matter how much you trust your doctor, always check their referrals as I would. NEVER have gone to this OBGYN had I read their reviews reviews first.

Dr. Vaisman was not my PCP, I was helpless in my time of need because of the complex web of medical insurance. Dr. Vasiman jumped on the phone and spoke with my PCP to explain the urgency of my health situation. Pleaing with the PCP to see me due to the situation, but to no avail. Dr. Vaisman then spoke with my insurance provider explaining the overall situation but again, with no success. I've never seen a doctor, not even on Grey's Anatomy or House, get so involved on making sure a patient gets the help he or she needs. It was clear to me, to his staff and to everyone in the waiting room that Dr. Vaisman was frustrated with the system and frustrated with my Doctor. Dr. Vaisman genuinely cares about people and their well being. If you're looking for a doctor who has that innate characteristic, Dr. Vaisman is the one.
