After delivering my first, I was sad I wouldn't have any more appointments. Fast forward to 2026 and I was excited to be back!! I am so sorry I took 8 months plus the 5 months my son has been out to write this. I miss Dr. Samadi very much! This place is like a family not only did they all make me feel welcomed I also felt like family. I went every week for my diabetes and every 2-3 weeks for my scans. It was always clean. I got to take my family with me and they were welcomed. They even let me call in from home if it was too full. I was taken care of and made comfortable. With Dr. Samadi expect a dad like experience, he's going to tell it to you raw, but know he has your best interest at heart. Best Doctor I have ever had! Honestly he's the only doctor that I've been to that you can actually tell he care of his patients. He build a one on one relationship with you even if your visit with him is short he addresses any concerns you might have and he has a lot of experience he Honestly treats you as his family. Looking for a specialist in the High Desert or even near Big Bear is so difficult. Dr. Samadi came highly recommended to me from Dr. Ahmadinia and OH My GOSH is he AMAZING! The wait time is usually excessive (like 2 hours minimum), but definitely worth the wait. When you have the best doctor EVER, it makes the pregnancy coast along much easier. This is my second pregnancy with Dr. Samadi (the first three were in the Bay Area and not in Southern California). The attention you get as a patient is unmatched. Even when I was in the Bay Area, I would have a wait of 15 minutes or so, but the care I received was not nearly as tailored to me as a patient as it is here. Up in the Bay it was more of a cookie cutter approach, "Next...". For this pregnancy I have gestational diabetes, I am over age 40, and this will be my 5th c-section. I also have an array of autoimmune diseases like lupus and hypothyroid and a goiter. Dr. Samadi cares about each of his patients and does what he can to give his expertise to his patients. **I am reiterating that the wait time is really long, but you get what you wait for. I had not found anyone else as a medical perinatologist who would even take me as a patient, due to me being a walking liability with the "HIGH RISK" warning tattooed on my forehead. When I called around for my last pregnancy (baby #4), the office staff of each of the Apple Valley and Victorville doctor's offices would screen me and say, "We will be in touch." This is after hearing that this would have been a fourth c-section and there was scarring and I had fibroids/ cysts, etc. Dr. Samadi's office was welcoming and capable. I appreciate having a doctor who will accept me as a patient and make me feel valued as a person and care about the baby whom I am carrying. read more

This place is ridiculous, they see you at least 2 hrs after your appointment time if not more. I personally have been here for at least 3 hrs every visit and I heard some people say they were here for 5 hrs! The waiting area is small and people want to come in with the whole family so you have coughing kids on their phones and taking up seats. They do let you check in over the phone and wait in your car which helps but it doesn't take away the fact that you're sitting in your car for like 2 hrs. You can pretty much expect to lose your entire day coming here. The staff are great so no complaints there but seriously they take in a lot more than they can handle. I don't know if this is the only specialist in the area or something but it's like the entire high desert is here. Ridiculous!!! read more
