A neighbor used them to remove some limbs of a very large tree that partially overhung our back yard. Sam the Tree guy crew entered our yard without permission or notifying us. We did find video of them ringing our door bell but we were not home. While in our back yard they pulled some decorative spinners out of the ground I can only assume to avoid damaging them from falling limbs/branches. When done they put the spinners in completely different locations leaning at strange angles and not anchored. My wife noticed immediately when she returned and took the attached picture of their trailer but did not confront them. I would NOT recommend Sam The Tree Guy! He made a great effort to win the bid for my boyfriends job. They agreed to a price and what would be done. He said he would have everything down and cleaned up by the end of that day and they would do a walk through and it would look like they had not even been there. Four days later, not complete or picked up and the yard is a mess, cut up trees and debris everywhere! We even had to pick up the crews empty water bottles as they had thrown them in the pile of branches on the sidewalk and street. The crew left early one day and didn't show up another day. While leaving the sidewalk impassable and a huge pile of branches in the street! Sam complained about underbidding the job the entire time. My BF actually helped out when his workers left. Sam then finished off, four days later by pulling up to pick up his equipment, stated he was not finishing the job because he had under bid it then dumped a trash can of cactus and debris on the one wood pile I had stacked and organized.
