An update on Ascending getting back to me about the review, calls, etc about the horrible job they did with clean up of my yard. Let me be super clear - NONE!! NOTHING!! ZIPPO!! For a business owner to completely 100% ignore a "repeat" client is says it all! I am still so pissed, I didn't take pictures, it would 100% assure NO other family would ever use them! I am only guessing, I think the crew must of been spoken too, did give them some idea of how bad my pool was left. They didn't want to expose themselves to the cost of correcting it. Well, 1,800.00 later, they be paying for it. I'm litigating against them, I am in touch with the state attorney general to see if they'll jump in to help??? Ascending, ever feel like you ripped off the wrong guy? I just hung up after talking with Mario, the owner, of MJ tree service- I am VERY Unhappy --A tree HE Planted a few months ago died and he refuses to plant a new one. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A REPUTABLE TREE COMPANY NOT WARRANTING AT TREE THEY PLANED = BUT MARIO WILL NOT REPLACE THIS TREE. YOu know what they say ...you know who you are working with when something goes wrong. DO NOT EXPECT to have a warrantee from Mario. The tree was not tied into a drip line even though we discussed this at estimate and no instructions were given on watering the tree because I was not there when the tree was planted In May of 2014 - I actually just assume professionals do a professional job - But oh Well! Expensive mistake as a 15 gal tree planted costs $150 to plant NOT CHEAP! DO NOT EXPECT to have a warrantee from Mario BECAUSE HE NEVER MAKES MISTAKES. WATCH OUT FOR THIS TREE SERVICE read more

We are exceptionally pleased with every aspect of our experience with MJ Tree Service. A huge mesquite, a large and a medium palo verde have been transformed from neglected, overgrown sad cases into beautiful, healthy looking trees. MJ provided a great estimate experience with lots of explanations of the work to be done.They showed up on time ( we all know how rare that is nowadays) and got straight to work with professional demeanor and equipment. All three guys worked tirelessly throughout the day and produced a mountain of limbs and debris. When they left after a full days work, every bit was cleaned up and left looking better than when they arrived. Each of the brothers, and their helper, have engaging personalities and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. I can't think of a reason to ever hire anyone else for tree work. I'd like to see all the workers on our remodel and renovation project have the same attitude and work ethic that Mario and Justin do. read more
