My husband and I are making the move to the suburbs with our son-- and you better believe I will be coming into the city for my hair. First. Jordan is a magician as someone put it. He's amazing. He makes my hair look absolutely incredible. Second, despite his insta sensation + high profile clients, he always makes me feel like I am his #1 when I am there. He is not pretentious and I never feel uncomfortable (which was a concern I had before coming for the first time). All and all, I've had nothing but an incredible experience. Don't let the few folks who had a bad experience deter you from looking like the goddess you are.

The rest of the photos are my hair after I left the salon. Decide for yourself if that's worth $280. I contacted the owner about it and he told me they specialize in highlights and what I wanted was a double process - OK, the colorist should've let me know that instead of going ahead and giving me poorly blended highlights. Offered to add in "more highlights", refused to give me a refund. I have never ever asked for a refund for a service before. I always tip generously when a service is done with care. But Dennis, the owner, told me I was in it just to "steal" from him and get my money back. Go somewhere else please

I was visiting from out of town and made an appointment here for a blowout with soft curls for a…read moreblack tie wedding and loved the vibe, website, descriptors, etc so chose this salon. The experience when you walk into the Trump tower is refined and elevated so of course the salon vibes were the same. I really appreciated my hair stylist, how they give you a robe to wear over your clothes, offer refreshments, etc. I intentionally chose this salon because I have color treated hair and wanted a refined blowout. The experience itself was honestly 10/10. Where my frustrations come in is the longevity of the results. My hair looked so beautiful immediately after my appointment. What I did notice during the appointment was the stylist was using L'Oréal hairspray. And honestly I didn't think anything of it because they're the experts but as I was walking back to my hotel after the appointment and glanced at my reflection in the mirror, I was shocked to see the curls had almost completely fallen out! And also my hair was frizzing up quite a bit. This is my frustration: environment: trump tower + luxurious experience + great view + Anthony Cristiano name + $110 blowout cost (before tip) does not equal L'Oréal hairspray! This equation does not add up. They use R + Co Shampoo and Conditioner which is what I would expect for a salon of this caliber but I must admit I am quite disappointed with the longevity of my results. I really thought I was going to have this beautiful , unfrizzable, elegant soft curl look that lasted the whole night but by the time I returned to my hotel my curls were gone and by the end of the night I had frizzy straight hair. Again, I think my frustration is because of the caliber of this salon and the fact that they used drug store hairspray and I had to ask for my flyaways to be tamed prior to leaving. All that to say while the experience was lovely, my closing feeling is disappointment as my results were quite lackluster. Perhaps for hair services aside from a blowout they do an exceptional job but this was not it. If you have a lot of fine hair that frizzes easily , this may not be where you want to get your blowout. Also it wasn't raining or humid! Experience: 10/10 Immediate results: 9/10 Longevity of results: 1/10 Value for this specific service: 4/10 Trump chocolate from the concierge as I was leaving: 10/10

I hope I haven't given the office the impression that I am trying to move in and become the office cat whose absence I lamented in my previous review. ALSO, I think its important to add as someone who needs low maintenance color, even when it's been ~8 months () since you've had a touch up-your hair is going to still look amazing.
