I strolled around the limited groceries and they had the basics. Then I wandered back toward the meat counter. Dividing the two sections I found precut meats. This is when I decided to do my test on chicken breasts. Couldn't find the full breasts so I went with smaller cut pieces. Just an FYI, you can request any cuts of meats at the counter. Juicy, flavorful, and like all authentic Wagyu should, the fat melts quickly and provides incredible flavor. Then we learned Colinas sells all kind of Wagyu, Prime, and other steaks including seasoned and pre-cooked meat form their sister company Takavron, which is a food truck.
