Probably the most authentic German food we've had in the US, we lived in Franconia Bavaria for four years in the 80s. Complimentary bread (also authentic) served when we sat down, and we could hear the schnitzel being pounded out in the kitchen when we ordered. Everything came out in an appropriate time, and our server was very friendly and checked up on us all the time.
