Delivery- 4/5 The positive: Communicative and called ahead of time to let us know they were 30 mins away. What needs improvement: The delivery men mentioned that they were NOT given the correct tools to finish the job of leveling out the panels on the fridge or what was needed for installation of the fridge upon delivery, because they "switched delivery trucks on them". Unfortoley, that leaves us the customer, waiting for them to come back and finish the job they were paid for. It's been a week, and we are still waiting for them to come back and level out the panels on the fridge. This is either the delivery men's lack of preparation before delivery or the owners' lack of structure to ensure delivery has what they need for all to go as needed.

This is where I had a horrible experience.. I had difficulty trying to to have portions cleaned etc. Montage refused to repair the item that was insured. I told them if they couldn't repair it I would request a refund on my purchase of my warranty.. before I could finalize it, they went ahead and canceled it and forwarded me 147,00 .. I think some of the stuff is five stars and some of the prices are two or three, but I'll average it out to four because Barbi really likes this store.

We picked it up and when we got home, noticed that not only was the footboard cracked, but it also had dirty fingerprints on the underside. In addition, we were told the hardware to assemble the bed frame was wrapped up with the headboard, but it was not. We have no bolts to assemble it!! I've heard great things about this place and know people who've bought furniture from here several times, but we were VERY frustrated and disappointed with the way ours was received. They did, however, replace the footboard after I contacted them with the issue.
