When I contacted the store about the damage, I was given the runaround and told to email customer service. I did so and received no response. I then went to the corporate office in Katy in person to get help. The office employee, Nuvia, told me that I was responsible for contacting the third-party delivery company--even though I did not hire them and was never given their information. She stated that Tim, the warehouse manager, hires the delivery crew, yet she could not provide his direct contact information, last name, or any way to reach him. She said he would be in at 1:00 p.m., which raises serious concerns about professionalism and internal accountability. When I asked for a manager, I was told that "Stephanie" (no last name provided) was the manager but would not be in that day. I was given no solution, no contact information, and no accountability--only instructions to contact a third party whose identity they refused or failed to provide. It is completely unacceptable for a company to collect payment for delivery, cause damage to a customer's home, and then refuse to take responsibility or even provide basic information needed to resolve the issue. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is shocking. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend doing business here.
