Put quite simply, my quality of life would have no quality without Dr Ditto's care and treatment. After being in 4 major car accidents between 16 & 36 - I had chronic migranes and lived with a level of pain every day that I just had begun to accept as my normal. After a career change that meant 50 to 70 hour work weeks, that base line increased to somewhere I could no longer deal with on a daily basis. In crisis, I was given Dr Ditto's name from a work college and I cannot repay that person enough. Dr Ditto immediately saw me, and even though I was in acute pain tooke the time for xrays and all needed diagnostic information to process before starting my treatment - this Dr and this practice aren't about "crack and go" tactics that other Dr's I have been to are. This man, and all the staff at this practice honestly care more about you, your treatment, your quality of life and health. I worked my way from 3 treatments per week, down to every other week, with a sping in my step and rarely a headache let alone migraine, even while keeping the strenuous work life i chose. After a "small" rear-end car accident, Dr Ditto was the Dr I turned to in order to ensure no more permanant damage was sustained, and the care and compassion once again excelled beyond my expectations. This time my daughter also needed his care, and she was in pain, and nervous as she had never recieved treatment. Dr Ditto's manner with every patient is amazing, and I can attest to the outstanding ability he has with all ages, all walks of life. Salus' staff are well trained and work with insurance companies and patients alike to ensure minimum outlay and maximum care. I can honestly say I could not reccommend Salus and Dr Ditto more highly. Take that first step, have a consultation and see a Dr that will truly care for you, and who also cares for his community. read more

My initial draw to Salus Chiropractic was seeing a woman doctor on their team. Since I am going through perimenopause, it's important to have healthcare professionals who can relate to the hormonal changes taking place in the female body and the effects it has on bones and joints. Dr. Ashley understands those issues and provides a wealth of invaluable information. When I thought I would only be partial to a woman Chiro, I had a session with Dr. Ditto and was pleased with his knowledge and expertise. Now I receive optimal chiropractic care from both doctors as my process and progress are tracked through x-rays and feedback. I came to Salus with shooting pain in my upper (neck, shoulder, arms, and hands) and lower (back and sciatica) extremities. To date, most of the pain is gone and in other areas, the pain has decreased tremendously- through consistent sessions. I highly recommend Salus. The office is aesthetically pleasing and clean. I also appreciate their investment in the latest technology to ensure excellent patient care. Moreover, Dr. Ashley, Dr. Worley (aka Dr. Ditto, and the entire staff (Chelsey, Matilda, Jamisha, and McKayla), are professional, knowledgeable, timely, caring, and kind. Go and visit Salus and tell them I sent you! Constance Blaize-Shorter read more

Seeing a chiropractor can be stressful and scary if you've never done it before. That has never been my experience at Salus Chiropractic. Dr. Ditto is a shining example of what a courteous and caring doctor should be. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to chiropractic care and well-being. Ever since I began seeing them on a regular basis three years ago, I've seen a huge improvement in my back, my mobility, and my overall well-being. Before I began seeing a chiropractor, I was skeptical about having my back adjusted. I was one of those who did not believe in the benefits of going to a chiropractic clinic. Not anymore. I am a true believer when it comes to maintaining my health through visiting my chiropractor at Salus Chiropractic. I truly have them to thank for a huge improvement in my daily life. No more neck pain, back pain, or lower back pain from working at a desk all day and carrying large objects. They fixed everything. Do yourself a favor and stop suffering from back pain, or perhaps make the decision to improve your quality of life and health. Give these guys a call and you'll wonder why you didn't start doing this a long time ago. read more

Dr. Ditto is truly the greatest doctor that I have ever gone to. He really cares about his patients and treats everyone as if they were part of his family. I originally went to him on a whim with my cousin,, due to my x-rays he was unsure if he could help me (what Dr do you find that has such honesty) with the damage already to my back and hip. He advised though that he could truly help with the management of not having any additional damage and possibly could help with the pain. After accomplishing the first total treatment plan, my x-rays showed an improvement (which was more than was expected) in addition to eliminating most of my pain (I was able to get away from all the Tylenol and Ibuprofen that I was taking daily). So as you can see he truly was a miracle to me, I have been seeing him on a maintenance program of every other week for four years and this was the best decision I have every made. I truly would suggest for anyone to give Salus Chiropractic a try. read more

I haven't been in to get an adjustment in a while and I was feeling bad about it. Yet, I was feeling great on my lower back, neck and shoulder so I felt why bother to go. However, I did get an adjustment recently because I knew that it would help me prevent pain from coming. Pain will come because I'm getting old. It's not easy to take time to get in for an adjustment but I'm glad I did. I brought photos of my children: one graduated from high school early and one is now a paramedic. So, they were thrilled to see their photos and know that they are healthy and doing well. They would get adjustments as well, so it becomes like a family. I'm glad that I have a place that I trust so much with my back and neck to stay healthy. Don't be afraid to return if you have been out because the team understands we're all busy and maybe nervous to go. I am always thankful when I make the time to get the adjustment because I feel better. read more

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional chiropractic care and service at Salus. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a positive visit. Dr. Ditto demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism throughout my treatment. Their thorough assessment and personalized treatment plan made me feel confident that I was in capable hands. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed about my condition and the recommended adjustments. I can't recommend Salus enough for anyone seeking chiropractic care. The combination of expertise, exceptional service, and genuine care for patients makes this clinic stand out. I am grateful for the positive impact they have had on my health, and I will continue to entrust them with my chiropractic needs in the future. read more

I'm new to the world of chiropractors and the treatment they offer and was a skeptic at first; but now that has all changed. I had a tingly sensation in my right heal, intense burning across my shoulders, and frequent severe headaches; when sleeping at night my back would get so sore and stiff I sometimes had trouble getting out of bed in the morning. I've now had 4 adjustments and the difference is night and day. No more tingling in my heel, haven't had a sore back since, and the burning in my shoulders has greatly improved. Everybody there is very friendly and personable but professional, they are transparent about the process and flexible about payments since I pay out of pocket. I couldn't be happier when going in whether I'm dealing with Torri and Dawn up front or Dr. Ditto and Dr. Angie who have both adjusted me and are both amazing. highly recommend. read more

I started visiting Salas Chiropractic in October of 2021. I was having a difficult time walking and functioning during the day due to arthritis and another spine problem! Within 2 visits, I was able to walk smoothly and require less pain medication. I have hope again. Just to be able to walk was such a blessing! I'm still visiting his office for adjustments and his advice - to maintain the ability to work my day. I enjoy visiting Dr. Ditto's office because he listens and then helps my body work at its best. His office staff is compassionate. Shout out to Erica as she is terrific with e- stem and my spine stretching assistance! I still have difficult days but I can walk better and I have hope. The love truly radiates at Salas Chiropractic! read more

Dr. Ditto and his staff are excellent. They always great me with a friendly attitude and smile. They remember my name and family members. I have always been treated professionally. During my first exam and evaluation, Dr. Ditto set-up a treatment plan for my individual needs. After less than six months I am out of constant pain in my back and right side. I can finally sleep without pain, and only need a once a month appointment to maintain a pain free life. Working as a dental assistant, it is imperative to be pain free and Dr. Ditto provides this. I have seen many chiropractors in my life and Dr. Ditto and the staff at Salus is by far the best I have ever met. read more

I don't think I'd be able to function without Dr Ditto. I came to Ditto years ago with constant back, knee, sciatica, shoulder pain, ect. I was hesitant at first, never being to a chiropractor, I had only read horror stories about chiropractors on the internet. My sister insisted that Ditto could help like he helped her and her husband. I gave it a shot and have never looked back since then. I now keep up regular visits to maintain everything he has fixed and i don't dare miss an appointment. When my clients ask how I can stand all day on my feet, I simply say it's because I'm in a serious relationship with my chiropractor Highly Recommend! read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr. Ditto and Dr. Ashley are both phenomenal. The office staff are so friendly, helpful, and easy to get a hold of if I ever need to reschedule my appointment. Dr. Ashley has been a lifesaver adjusting me through multiple pregnancies and all the physical challenges that come with that. She has also adjusted my kids from birth and we have seen huge improvement with breastfeeding challenges, reflux, ear infections, sleep issues, and constipation by having them adjusted. Come here if you want high quality chiropractic care from a provider who sees you as a person, not a paycheck. read more

Dr. Ditto and Dr. Ashley are both excellent at what they do, as well as friendly and pleasant. Before I started seeing them, I had severe lower and mid back pain and had a back spasm while on a trip. Some friends referred me to Salus Chiropractic, and I started noticing major improvement within a few weeks of seeing them three times per week. I have now been seeing them for a few months and have no more pain and a full range of motion again, and I am down to one appointment per week. I highly recommend Salus Chiropractic. read more

I came to Salus due to proximity to my house. I was having severe neck pain that just would not go away and I this pain for over 2 months. I LOVE Salus Chiropractic. Both Dr. Ashley and Dr. Ditto are wonderful. Dr. Ashley is taking great care of me right now, early in my pregnancy - she is certified to work with pregnant women. Every time I visit Dr. Ashley she adjusts me perfectly and I leave feeling so much better than when I came. This office is extremely professional. They always handle me with such care - even the girls in the front office. Katie is always really friendly as well. They're all wonderful! read more

I can't recommend Dr. Ashley enough! I started seeing her for hip pain/ round ligament pain at 32wks pregnant that was hindering my ability to even just get out of bed to to go the bathroom. She nipped it in the bud & was so good at her job, I was able to continue playing beer league sand volleyball up to my due date! She truly has a gift as a chiropractor but is an even better human being. I can't recommend her & the entire office staff enough! read more
