First, I would like to say Dr. Ditto & Dr. Ashley are AMAZING!! The office is ran smoothly with their great staff and I am able to get in & out all during my lunch break being able to return to work feeling refreshed. I have had back pain for years! I had thought it was something normal that happens with age. I was also scared of chiropractors because of a traumatizing experience when I was 6 and my aunts boyfriend (who was a chiropractor) thought it was a good idea to pop a young girls neck without any warning! After having my daughter, the back pain got worse and then the daily headaches or extreme migraines soon followed. After having a two day migraine that keep me out of work and having to have someone else care for my daughter, I knew I had to do something!! I took a long shot and called Salus Chiropractic. After x-rays I learned just how out of line my spine and hips were! Explains why there was a consistent pain that I had just learned to deal with for so many years. The doctors set up a plan to get everything back in its proper place and they even worked out a payment plan with me for the amount my insurance didn't cover. I have been going to see Dr. Ditto or Dr. Ashley for the last month, and I can say I have never felt better!! I tell anyone who will listen how great it has been to not hurt anytime I move and to wake up with more energy!! Have to say I've never been treated so rudely. First I call to reschedule an appt, which they encourage you to do, if necessary, since they try to get you to schedule for an entire year (who the hell does that?). I get "we'll we had to block that time out for you so you will have to wait now" from Sarah. That's not something you should tell a patient, bad customer service. And when you don't want to schedule a years worth of appts Dawn gets pissed off and treats you like crap. Me thinks not. Not only is the most recent staff rude they and lazy. I've had to wait for every e-stim treatment because they just sit at the front and don't pay attention to the patients and no consideration for the time wasted waiting on them to do their job! The previous staff was much better although doc never seems to train his employees very well. Seems like they are always changing the staff. Hint... can't keep employees maybe can't keep patients, similarities, you bet! Not sure what's wrong with his office but something is off and I won't be back. read more

I have never been to a chiropractor before so didn't really know what to expect. Went for consult and then an explanation of the consult. They went over some treatment that helps headaches and showed scans. I told them I needed to think about it because of the cost. They were fine about waiting. They then asked if I wanted an adjustment. Didn't know what that was since I didn't know what was being adjusted so I left. The office staff was nice and the doctors seemed nice as well. THE GREATEST DR IN THE WORLD. I had chronic migraines, and now havent had one in months. I had to start going 3 times a week, and I am now down to every other week. Put quite simply, my quality of life would have no quality without Dr Ditto's care and treatment. After being in 4 major car accidents between 16 & 36 - I had chronic migranes and lived with a level of pain every day that I just had begun to accept as my normal. After a career change that meant 50 to 70 hour work weeks, that base line increased to somewhere I could no longer deal with on a daily basis. In crisis, I was given Dr Ditto's name from a work college and I cannot repay that person enough. Dr Ditto immediately saw me, and even though I was in acute pain tooke the time for xrays and all needed diagnostic information to process before starting my treatment - this Dr and this practice aren't about "crack and go" tactics that other Dr's I have been to are. This man, and all the staff at this practice honestly care more about you, your treatment, your quality of life and health. I worked my way from 3 treatments per week, down to every other week, with a sping in my step and rarely a headache let alone migraine, even while keeping the strenuous work life i chose. After a "small" rear-end car accident, Dr Ditto was the Dr I turned to in order to ensure no more permanant damage was sustained, and the care and compassion once again excelled beyond my expectations. This time my daughter also needed his care, and she was in pain, and nervous as she had never recieved treatment. Dr Ditto's manner with every patient is amazing, and I can attest to the outstanding ability he has with all ages, all walks of life. I've gotten some great referrals to different healthcare providers over the years, but the referral to Salus Chiropractic by Amy Brown of Cupprimo has been the best! I started feeling extreme lower back/hip discomfort in my second trimester of pregnancy to the point that I would pace around the living room by the end of the day. I wanted to seek chiropractic care, but was hesitant after a poor experience with a different chiropractor. Waited over an hour. Given a tour. Watched a video. Got an evaluation. An hour and a half later I was told I would not be getting an adjustment. Told 1) I would need to schedule another appointment to discuss my plan of care 2) On the third appointment I would get an adjustment. When I inquired as to why; they said this was their policy. This set up needs to be communicated when a new customer calls in. Poor management, poor communication. When a patient is in pain.. ( which is why someone typically makes this type of appointment ) makes an appointment to get help, and leaves without getting relief from that pain, then the clinic does not care about their patients. When I asked the front desk to speak to a manager, she told me she was. She also started telling me she was the one who answered the phone and made the appointment with me and became defensive. When I told her that it would have been helpful to explain this lengthy set up to customers ( especially customers that are in pain who need treatment ) the manager became argumentative, sarcastic, and raised her voice. She began to interupt and started saying things like " I answered the phone", "you did not say this", " you did not say that". Very unprofessional. This place is in the medical field. Help me, don't market me. Extensive pressure to get x-rays. I did not expect to waste two hours of my time, waste two hours of my childs time, spend money on a tour and video, leave without an adjustment, pay money for without getting an adjustment, and have a manager disrespect me. I'm in worse condition after my visit. I gave this clinic a chance because they accept my insurance. I was on time for my appointment; multiple walk in patients were seen before me.
