I'm just across the lake from the shop and I went in for herbs to make a tea in hopes of healing my…read morelungs. She has most herbs you would need and even grows some to most in her own personal garden. Within a few short moments, I had discovered that she is quite knowledgeable about the herbs she carries which is exactly what one would expect from an Apothecary worth their salt. This one genuinely is and I suggest make haste for a trip there for herbs and most things pagans and Wiccans would need for their rituals.

I've been a happy customer of A Creative ApothaCare since they were at their Massillon Road…read morelocation, and I followed them to their present, much larger shop/classroom/spa in Lakemore. In the past I've mainly purchased herbal teas and remedies (fantastic selection, all organic and fair-sourced, great prices), but also occassionally picked up books, candles, incense, hand-crafted jewelry, and the like. I hear good things about the many classes they offer but haven't yet had the chance to sit in on one. They also have frequent events like psychic fairs with multiple readers on site. Again, I've never availed myself of these, but have been around when a couple of them have been going on. The definite sense I got was that people were enjoying and appreciating them. I'm happy to say that I did avail myself today of some new (for me) A Creative ApothaCare services, and I couldn't be happier. I purchased a package deal for time in first their infra-red sauna, followed by their salt cave. It was epic - and also therapeutic, insanely relaxing, and happily very affordable. I will certainly be back for more of the same. I understand also that ACA will soon have a sensory float tank up and running. I definitely want to check that out, and will post an update here when I do. A Creative ApothaCare - I just can't recommend this place enough. Between the herbal products (which also include CBD and kratom), and the spa services, they've got your health and wellness covered. With books and metaphysical supplies, they're addressing mind and spirit. Throw in a real sense of community, welcoming to everyone, and a safe and nurturing environment for folks who need that most, ACA is a treasure. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

Salt Sensations - This Place is A DESTINATION spot. Love It. Thank You Salt Sensations for Bringing Salt Therapy to BOARDMAN, OHIO!

What a wonderful new way to relax! I have been reading about Himalayan Salt Therapy for quite…read moresometime and finally got the chance to try it. It was sooooo relaxing I think I could stay in there all day! When you arrive for your appointment they will give you booties to put on over your socks and a hair net for your hair. There are cubbies for your personal belongings and then they take you back. My daughter and I went together so we were in the large group room. It's so relaxing. There are reclining chairs (like beach chairs) and you can sit in them or if you want you can actually sit in the salt. The rooms floor is covered in salt and it's heated. Rhyan actually laid in it for the first part of our session. The room is so peaceful and there is salt pumped in through the air as well. They give you a blanket and bring you two incredibly warm salt stones. Rhyan used hers on her back, I placed on my lower back and one under my neck while I stretched out in the chair. I'm pretty sure within 10 min I was totally zoned out and was able to really just almost feel the tension releasing from my body. After relaxing in the salt for a while Rhyan curled up in a chair and fell asleep. We both agreed afterwards that our sinuses felt much better and we were very relaxed. We plan to make this a weekly thing before her voice lessons just to de stress and open our sinuses and our senses! You can purchase all sorts of salt lamps and goodies in the lobby, too! I picked up some outstanding peppermint lip balm that I highly recommend. It fixed my chapped lips over night!

It's a nice place, very relaxing. Even for small children it can be a lot of fun and a unique…read moreexperience. Of course it is a bit expensive (like any spa, salon, or otherwise pampering experience) but its a great way to treat yourself or makes an excellent gift.
