So sad that this place was sold to Julie. I have heard the same complaints from others (myself…read moreincluded) ref when walking thru the door you're treated like you're an inconvenience to her. She is not welcoming at all and doesn't even show you around in regards to different modalities, etc. When asking her about some things she just blows you off. When calling you can't even hear what is being said on the machine. Did the float pod initially with my dtr. and a massage with Jimmie and Kolibri (who are BOTH absolutely FANTASTIC). They were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the facility. Later learned that they were the ones who originally built Mystic Float. Too bad they sold it. I will still go there to see them both for massages, but will not use any of the other modalities there. Went twice to the salt cave and spoke to Julie about the halotherapy that appeared to not be working properly. Told me that she cleaned it, but it still was not putting out any mist. Waste of money and the music in the salt cave was way too loud. I will return to 'Inner Whispers' on Hills and Dales for the halotherapy (which is GREAT and you can actually feel the mist. And plus they have other modalities there and the energy throughout the place is INCREDIBLE). If they had a different person running Mystic Float their business might pick up, but unfortunately Julie does not have the right energy, temperament, or attitude for a wellness center. No one should have to walk thru the doors of this type of business and feel like they're an inconvenience or not welcome.

I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time!! I couldn't wait to go back!! I also got a ionic foot detox from Chaz. I couldn't believe how I felt after I was finished. She has most herbs you would need and even grows some to most in her own personal garden. Within a few short moments, I had discovered that she is quite knowledgeable about the herbs she carries which is exactly what one would expect from an Apothecary worth their salt. This one genuinely is and I suggest make haste for a trip there for herbs and most things pagans and Wiccans would need for their rituals.

I've been a happy customer of A Creative ApothaCare since they were at their Massillon Road…read morelocation, and I followed them to their present, much larger shop/classroom/spa in Lakemore. In the past I've mainly purchased herbal teas and remedies (fantastic selection, all organic and fair-sourced, great prices), but also occassionally picked up books, candles, incense, hand-crafted jewelry, and the like. I hear good things about the many classes they offer but haven't yet had the chance to sit in on one. They also have frequent events like psychic fairs with multiple readers on site. Again, I've never availed myself of these, but have been around when a couple of them have been going on. The definite sense I got was that people were enjoying and appreciating them. I'm happy to say that I did avail myself today of some new (for me) A Creative ApothaCare services, and I couldn't be happier. I purchased a package deal for time in first their infra-red sauna, followed by their salt cave. It was epic - and also therapeutic, insanely relaxing, and happily very affordable. I will certainly be back for more of the same. I understand also that ACA will soon have a sensory float tank up and running. I definitely want to check that out, and will post an update here when I do. A Creative ApothaCare - I just can't recommend this place enough. Between the herbal products (which also include CBD and kratom), and the spa services, they've got your health and wellness covered. With books and metaphysical supplies, they're addressing mind and spirit. Throw in a real sense of community, welcoming to everyone, and a safe and nurturing environment for folks who need that most, ACA is a treasure. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

We'd heard positive stuff about the many health benefits (sinuses, insomnia, and ear infections, to name a few) and decided to try it - I researched and found this place was the highest rated. Seriously relaxing. The cave is clean and cozy, and very comfortable. We felt de-stressed and really enjoyed/appreciated it. Afterwards, we were shown around by the owner (wonderful owners and wonderful staff!). We even got to try out the aqua massage - I can't explain how cool this was. We decided to add another service to extend our time here - the salt booth. Smaller than the cave and very intense. It helped us both with our sinus issues. Can't wait to go back and try the float pod next! It was reasonably priced and worth the drive from the west side! Can't wait to return!

The owner Ron was a great host readying is for the salt room with the saltblock foot warmer and some very good chocolate. He was very knowledgeable of the salt and provided an informative history of salt and it's health benefits. The salt room was colorful with the chroma therapy lights and soothing music not the mention the enormous collection of salt rocks. After the salt room we entered the infrared sauna which was extremely relaxing. Once again Ron had all his bases covered as there is a tv in the sauna room with speakers inside the hotbox allowing for some Netflix entertainment while things get hot. We were also provided cold waters and body wipes in the sauna room which were a refreshing touch! Lastly on our way out we looked around the boutique and found some wonderful handmade soaps at a great price as well as a salt rock necklace that had been made by a local Native American woman. I would highly recommend making a trip out to this spa!
