Joyce's practice is truly top-notch. Here is why: 1. Facility: Their office is somewhere between a doctor's office and a spa...very professional, clean, well organized and decorated. The temperature is always 'just right'. I love that it's close to Giant Eagle, as I can run an errand right before/after my appointment. 2. The Staff/therapists: They are great. I had massages from three different therapists before I found 'my' best therapist. All were very good. Cindy is terrific, and I set up a years' worth of standing appointments with her so I was always on her schedule. I love that I'm greeted immediately when I come in; no one puts on snobbish airs.
