The masseuse had their cell on and it kept buzzing and at one point even stopped and texted someone. I will never go back there. Just awful. People out in the main area were so loud it made the whole session miserable. I had to ask for water, every masseuse I have ever been to always gives you water to replace the minerals pushed out of the muscles with water.

Jordan made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience and took time before we started to let me know what was going to happen. Fortunately, I didn't have any pain going in BUT I still left feeling relaxed and ready to come back again because who doesn't love a massage?! She is reasonably priced, professional, friendly and talented. If you need a massage girl, she is the way to go! I'm just trying to decide when I want to come back next. I'm so grateful that Joyce has her practice here in New Castle. I've been getting regular massages…read moreas part of my "stress-management-therapy" for many years, and have been to LOTS of massage therapists and boutiques (think Massage Envy) in that time. Joyce's practice is truly top-notch. Here is why: 1. Facility: Their office is somewhere between a doctor's office and a spa...very professional, clean, well organized and decorated. The temperature is always 'just right'. I love that it's close to Giant Eagle, as I can run an errand right before/after my appointment. 2. The Staff/therapists: They are great. I had massages from three different therapists before I found 'my' best therapist. All were very good. Cindy is terrific, and I set up a years' worth of standing appointments with her so I was always on her schedule. I love that I'm greeted immediately when I come in; no one puts on snobbish airs. I love that I'm not given a pressure job to buy packages or products. 3. Price & Payment: The rate is just a little bit less than Massage Envy, and the experience as good...well, probably better... They accept major credit cards, which is really convenient. If you are lucky enough to live within spitting-distance of New Castle and you need a massage, I highly recommend Joyce Houck.
