Everything was clean and organized which is a huge plus. The staff was kind and patient in assisting us with ordering. I opted to get a Banana Bread Cold Brew which mixes one of my favorite fruits, with my favorite type of coffee. It was delicious is kept me going while I was shopping. The whole brewery looks incredible and fosters an environment which people seem to enjoy themselves. The coffee shop was all I needed but hopefully I get to go back and see the rest of the brewery at some point.

Food-wise, my wrap ended up being really good but there wasn't an option for a plain wrap, so I went with the cucumber wrap instead of whole wheat and it actually worked out great. Overall, it was a good meal, but if I'm choosing between salad spots in Charlotte I'd probably lean toward Chopt most of the time.

So unusual, they pour polenta at a table by your table on a wooden plank and top it with toasted mushrooms, garlic sautéed spinach, Italian meatballs , Italian sweet sausage and tender rapini, which is broccoli rabe. It's a great visual and great for many people . You order per person and we just did 2 people and let me tell you it's plenty for 4 . The multi grain croissant was so good as a side. They have small, regular or a wrap. The regular was perfect sized for lunch and a had a little bit left over. They have some drinks available in a cooler and you can get lemonade, tea etc. from dispensers. It was almost $17 for my salad which I thought was a tad pricy. Note to: you have to park in the parking deck and walk up, but it is free for the first little bit. I would go back!

It had a really nice texture, the sauce was tasty and the right level of rich, and the small pieces of pancetta were just my preferred size to get a not too meaty bite. I had no issue eating the entire serving. I ended with the affogato with stracciatella. EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS! As always, service is friendly and helpful.
