Second time visiting this location and I loved both times. Its location is perfect for me. Sometimes I have the desire to feel like I'm tucked in a French cafe in Paris and this gives that vibes for me. It's also in Phillip's place which is the first place we lived and loved some much when we moved to Charlotte. Coffees are good and their food and pastries are as well. I ordered via Door Dash and it was pretty good. The Korean BBQ glazed carrots were spicy and flavorful. Would definitely get them again. The "street car" bowl was okay. The steak was tough and chewy and beans were mushy. Rice had some flavor. Corn wasn't seasoned at all. Sauce was okay. It was an okay bowl, but overpriced for what it was. It's hard to find healthy type bowl options so it was okay, but would try a different one next time. The carrots were delicious though! read more

I'd give this a 3.5 today, but think it could be much higher! I went at 1:00 on a Sunday, so I know they're super busy. Clean environment and friendly staff. Helpful when asked for suggestions! Super busy but service was pretty quick. Truffle fries would still be a must order for me, but ours came out cold (COOOLLLLDDDDD) to the touch. I didn't ask them for new ones but I'm sure they would've done it, to be fair. They were still tasty! Spicy chicken Caesar wrap was so surprising and yum! Couldn't taste the crouton crumbs at all, and was definitely lacking a lot of crunch since it was spring mix, not romaine lettuce. Finally, turkey prosciutto panini was pretty yummy, but I wouldn't call it a panini by any means. Good sandwich, but way more bread than I was hoping for since it was listed as a panini. Anyway, overall, super easy crowd pleasing food with a ton of yummy sounding options. Will definitely be back and hope for better execution next time!! read more

My first time to the SouthPark location and it was easy to locate and plenty of parking even with it being Saturday early afternoon. I will say the place was packed and seating was very limited. However, we were lucky to grab a table inside. Ordering was a breeze and the cashier was so sweet and friendly. I ordered chai tea latte and the Cesar salad wrap with a side of Parmesan fries. The wrap was good, but nothing that I would be craving over other places. The fries were crispy and season well. Overall, it was good, but I am not looking to go back anytime soon. read more

I tried Salted Melon for the first time and ordered the Street Car. The flavors were really good and I enjoyed it overall. The steak was overdone and a little chewy but still tasty enough that I finished the whole thing. The vibe here is bright, modern and full of energy. The staff was kind, the service was smooth and I can definitely see myself coming back to explore more of the menu. There is so much variety that one visit is not enough. This visit was a solid four stars for me and I would happily give it another try. read more

Extremely mediocre. I've been twice now and both dishes were very bland. The steak sandwich barely had any steak and was tasteless. The chicken caesar wrap was the real disappointment though. I see why this location has such a lower average rating compared to the others. Ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich to go on a Sunday late morning. Not super busy inside but I could tell online orders were keeping them on their toes. Got the iced coffee and waited for the sandwich. I see people coming in after me ordering sandwiches and getting them while I'm standing there still waiting. Finish my coffee and after being patient for 20 minutes, ask the person who took my order when I could expect the sandwich since I already told my family who was staying at the Hampton with me to go on ahead to our next destination since it was taking so long. About 3 mins later, a man hands me my sandwich without a word, no label on it, no apology for the obvious unnecessary wait, which I realized when I take my first bite and the sandwich is ice cold and the cheese was hardened. It was clearly sitting around for almost a half hour. An apology or some sort of accountability would have been awesome. This location doesn't really have those customer service soft skills that go a long way when a mistake happens. read more

They are so delicious and perfectly crispy. The drinks were also fun and lots of seasonal options. Thought it was a great new location and will be back for sure! Very different from the original location in south end, this is more quick service than sit down. You go up to the counter to order, they have tons of options from salads to sandwiches, smoothies etc. they have a drink cooler of sparkling waters and some alcoholic options. I just came for a snack and got the side of truffle fries and pasta salad but both were very tasty!!! It was quick and the servers were friendly. Since it's more of a quick service, no one waits on you and you clear your own plates. It was a bit pricy for what I got. There was plenty of seating including cute outdoor seating. The back wall is all windows without blinds/ curtains and we went in on a hot June afternoon so it was pretty hot in there. Would go back. read more

We ordered 3 bowls, a water, Diet Coke and a tea.... $80 with tip. Kind of pricey. We had two salmon bowls that didn't have any flavor and honestly the salmon tasted like canned tuna. The chicken bowl was fine but nothing to write home about. It was so loud in that place, so don't expect to have a decent conversation. If you're looking for something that's on the healthier side for takeout, it's a good option, but this wouldn't be on my standard rotation. read more

My market salad with grilled chicken arrived to me with pink edges and middle of chicken had a pink hue to it. I took it to the counter and told them. One of the employees opened 2 boxes of thermometers and told me they would cook it more. It arrived back to me with same salad and over cooked chicken. I ate a few bites off opposite side, but I did not feel comfortable eating the same salad that had the undercooked chicken on it. The food here is always delicious! I love the prosciutto panini or the chicken bowl. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. Grace helped make our experience even better by going above and beyond to make sure our group was settled nicely and helped us with chilling our wine bottle. This is a wonderful new addition to Southpark. The food is good and it is a great spot to meet friends or grab a quick bite. I have emailed the company suggestions to make this a 5 but no one has responded. Here are a few suggestions. The place is loud! I have had two people with me with hearing issues and they both complained about the acoustics. They need more seating. There is a lot of wasted space. At lunch it would really help to have more indoor seating. During busy times they need to establish a rule about time at tables when you are working and not eating. Someone taking up a space for four and not eating does not work at busy times. The avacado toast needs more flavor. read more

Definitely will be back. I went in tonight around 5pm with both of my young kids and they were indecisive and grabbing chips asking for everything and the two ladies that were there were so patient and so helpful. There was one girl sweeping the floor by the coolers when I walked in with such a big smile welcoming us in and the other young lady taking our order recommended her favorites and was so patient. They even gave me a couple extra cups for my drink so my two daughters could sample the signature fountain drinks. The food was so good. Steak sandwich and the club sandwich which the girl recommended. 10/10. Truffle fries are so good! Already can't wait to order from here again! read more
