We happened upon the new Salt and Straw this weekend are were pleasantly surprised with no line. It is located in the old Starbucks. It's clean and presented just as the rest of their stores. The employee who helped me was really good about flavor suggestions. I didn't spend too much time sampling ice cream because I know staff can make good tips working in this touristy area.
