Chicken tacos with onions, cilantro and mild salsa.

Wow, I was very impressed with everything about Salsa Salsa! Met by a very nice lady who was my server. Ordered the chicken tacos. Very fresh and tasty ingredients. Soft tortillas were perfect, and did not fall apart. Adding the mild salsa, onions, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime made all of the flavors pop! Chicken had a nice grilled flavor. The only bad part was getting down to the last few bites and realizing that I was done with my lunch. The portion size was just right. I left there full and satisfied. Can't wait to go back again. If you want really good, fresh authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. Small dining area of about 6 tables. Very clean. They also do take out and delivery. Plenty of parking. The building is right behind the old Marlins restaurant off Rt 35 North on the southern border of Pt Pleasant, near Bay Head. Next to DiMatteo's pizza. Definitely give it a try.

A cheap pastor burrito ( was full of rice and beans) with a table spoon of meant lol... beware they are cheap with the meat

Stopped by for a bite and wasn't impressed with the food. 1st- it is the most expensive Mexican restaurant in entire NJ 2nd- (they are cheap) they put the least amount of meat in their burritos with tons of rice and beans inside the burrito and if it wasn't enough it comes with a side of rice and beans.( they should fill the burrito with meat instead of rice and beans because you get a side of them anyway) they are cheap 3rd.- it doesn't have the authentic mexican taste, Taco Bell has more flavor than this place

Excellent new Mexican restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. House made tortillas/ Chips. Very Fresh. We enjoyed the Chicken Enchiladas and Shrimp Tacos. Both with double tortillas. Yellow rice. Large portions for a reasonable price. The guacamole and Pico de Gallo were excellent!

Shrimp quesadillas aren't on the menu but they CAME THROUGH. It was amazing! If I lived in jersey I would be a regular. The only thing I didn't like is they don't have fountain drinks, which I was really looking forward to after a day at the beach... But I survived ‍

Best local Mexican food by far!! We recently moved to Point Pleasant from California and it's been a challenge to find solid Mexican food. This place offers great chips and salsa! Their rice and beans are legit and their entrees are really really good. So far, we've tried their green chicken enchiladas, camarones a la diabla, tacos, burrito, and a molcajete and have yet to be disappointed. Looking forward to trying new dishes from their menu.

Free nachos chips to start, they were good, with the sauces.

This is a small little Mexican restaurant, it looks family owned and operated front the looks of it. The people were nice and took our order and got us our food fairly fast, mind you, it did not appear too busy, Friday afternoon at 4 ish. Anyway I got a chicken enchilada and a chicken chimichanga, they were both delicious. They included rice and beans with the order which made the portions very large, my partner and I finished half of both plates and took the rest home. All in all the food was good, the service was fast, and it was good for a small Mexican restaurant, I'll tell you what, it appears to be authentic Mexican food that they eat at home. This place would be great for Lunch or midday meal snack. Prices were reasonable within what would find. I'd give it 4 starts for authentic Mexican good, the restaurant is just a mom and pop establishment with 6-8 sit down tables. It is definitely a welcoming environment to sit and eat, most of the time it'll probably would be better as a take out spot as it would be slightly difficult to accommodate very large parties.

They were actually thick and fresh. They were delicious. I got kung poa wings...or however you spell that and they were so good. The pizza was thin crust and looked amazing. It was tasty but the crust was like chewing leather. I wont get that again but look forward to going back to try some of their other meals. Place is spacious and comfy. Lots of TVs for sports peeps. Our server was very nice and good. Never had to ask for extra napkins or anything. She was on top of it.

The one day I went for a glass of wine and it was quite nice, so the next day I decided to go back. Was enjoying myself with a few glasses of red wine, and the thin-crust pizza. A group of young men wearing the same T-shirts walked in, and there was a middle-aged gentleman to my right, admiring the waitress, Sid. There was also a guy who said it was his first day, Cliford, and he pointed out his name was spelled with one "f." I had short, what I considered, "congenial" conversations with both of them. Suddenly, for apparently no reason, I get escorted out by the police for what they called racist statements! They also accused me of not paying the bill, which I left money on the bar at all times. Mind you, my short conversations had nothing to do with race at all. To make a long story short, the police come and escort me out and to the police station! From there, I ended up at the Ocean Hospital, where a small, smelly lady watched over me all night. I ended up having to take an Uber back to my hotel room. No one cared to ask whether I had any kind of medical condition that required medicine. In sum, I believe this restaurant has something to hide. I suggest never stepping foot in this place ever! Also, it may be racist.
