I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

I was trying to move aside of the freeway the radiator blew. I called AAA to come and tow my car back home. The next day took it to a mechanic and I was advised that my radiator didn't have any antifreeze it was dry even the side one. There was nothing in It. They said they checked it. But they didn't obviously. My car suffer several damages radiator and the most expensive is Head gaskets. I took all my cars there for service. I had my car for six months and this happened. They lost a loyal customer. But now I'm stock with all the expenses because they don't want to take responsibility of it If they would top all my liquids I wouldn't be with out a car. They shout out everything they are doing and bring you hot coffee or an ice cold soda or water if you prefer that. They go over everything with you. Show you what they recommend. No real sales pressure to purchase extras. But they show you why they think you should get some extra stuff done to keep your car maintained. They go over everything. And I mean everything. From pulling out your cabin air filter to showing you the new oil filter and making sure you see that's coming out of a brand new box and that they have greased it up. I usually go to the dealership for this kind of stuff. But today I didn't have time and I'm just about to go on a long road trip. So I needed to get this done today and the dealership takes a long time. I will say I was extremely impressed and I will definitely be back again. I usually go to LongoToyota. However after this trip to the oilstop I don't think Longo will be getting any more business from me. While getting my oil changed at the oil stop it was discovered that there was sealant put on the gaskets around my oil pan plug and my oil filter. This was never told to me by the dealership. I usually stand up for myself, but it was…read moreearly morning, I was already frustrated that every other nearby car wash was busy on a Saturday morning, so I ended up coming here because it's a well known car wash by my old hometown. First, I was greeted by a worker who told me where to station my car so that I can get help from the car wash. That was a good sign to me. Then, I waited about 5 mins for the owner to finally come out and give me a price for my wash. Let me explain. I was interested in the "Engine Wash" which on the sign said $59.99 for an engine wash, seat cleaning, etc. I wanted this car wash option because it seemed reasonably priced next to the $100 wash. When I told the man I wanted the engine wash, he opened my hood and said "it is dusty so yes we will clean it and wash everything inside for $120." I said that's expensive and he said "I'll leave it to you for $100". I said okay. Honestly, in hindsight, I don't know why I accepted. The engine was was literally $60 and I accepted to pay $100 for them to wash my seats and everything. They were done pretty fast, and I was sort of worried because they had my car running on idle the whole time they were washing my seats/ drying it. I had put gas tha morning and it literally wasted 1/4 of gas. I realize now that they left it running so that my engine could dry out since they had washed it. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT: my car wouldn't drive past RPM of 2. It kept halting. Long story short; I told the owner and he kindly drove it to see what happened and said ok it's fine I'll have the mechanic (next door, same business) look at it. The car wash was done at 11:30, I picked up my car at 3 They kept my car for 3 hours. All for them to say that they didn't find anything wrong with it but that the muffler had water in it still. The car ran fine after I picked it up. Then, 3 days later during the week it did the same thing all over again and I had to miss work to take it to my mechanic. I paid $80 out of my pocket to check out what was happening to my car because of something the car wash caused!! I will never wash my engine or my car here again. They also took/ kept 2 yellow microfiber towels I had in my back seat floors. I don't even have the energy or courage to go back to complain because I just have a feeling the owner would not take responsibility for this. Personally, I won't return. Just be careful when taking your car here and be mindful they're sketchy. I even tipped the young worker who looked 18.
