I can't recommend Lou at Good Guys enough. My 2007 Acura RL had an overheating problem that turned…read moreinto a months-long headache -- the cooling fans wouldn't come on, and chasing it took me through three fan control modules and a second shop that eventually threw up its hands and said the wiring harness was bad and unfixable. Luis didn't guess. He traced the whole circuit and found what everyone else missed: the actual fault was in the power going to the module -- an amperage issue at a fuse on the battery, not the module or the fan wiring at all. He rerouted the feed to another battery post and the car has run perfectly ever since. Car has been running perfectly in traffic, no overheating, fans kicking on and off right on cue. Luis took the time to analyze and solve the problem that had beaten everyone before him. He charged a fair price, and explained exactly what he found. He's very confident in his craft and personable. If your problem is electrical, don't waste time and money elsewhere -- start here.

I couldn't be happier with the work Patrick and the team at PNA did on my 2025 Toyota RAV4…read more From the beginning, Patrick took the time to explain every step of the installation and made recommendations based on sound quality instead of simply trying to sell me more equipment. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I would rate the sound quality a 9.5 out of 10, and it now has the refined, premium sound I was hoping to achieve. If you're looking for a shop that truly understands car audio, DSP tuning, and high-quality installations, I highly recommend PNA. Patrick's knowledge, craftsmanship, and passion for great sound really show in his work. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

I've been coming here for several years had dash cams, window tints dome and recommended them to all my friends for installations of all kinds and window tinting. They use high quality materials for window tinting that does not fade, streak rip and looks like new after several years. The did work on my BMW 2016 M550 and now my 2020 Range Rover Sport. I would not trust my vehicles with too many places and since I was recommended to them about 4 years ago I have not even considered going to a different place. Kenny makes you feel like the only customer in the shop when you visit, he cares about you as a person not just as a customer. He has highly skilled workers and I see that have worked at Creative Audio & Security. for several years. I've seen the wraps they have some on cars which was OUTSTANDING!! They do work for all the major car dealers in the area, can customize almost anything you ask for. They also install lighting for law enforcement and first responders. Anyone I recommended to them told me they were totally satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them for all your motor vehicle installation and customization. You will be glad you did! Oh yea and they do awesome sound systems as well.

As I live in an apartment building with no free parking available, Daury met me at a nearby Stop & Shop parking lot and parked his 'Splicemobile' alongside my wife's Mazda CX30. The job was installing a 12v outlet so that my wife can blow up her inflatable paddle boards, and within an hour, the job was done. Daury arrived on time looking sharp in his 'Splice' branded polo shirt, put protective covers on the car seats (much appreciated), and did his magic. He was congenial, all smiles, knew exactly what he was doing, communicated his arrival time, and most importantly, he was professional. I will definitely use him for my next install.
