The biggest thing was when I was done, nobody came to ring me up, but they didn't explain how to pay and leave a tip on their tablet they used for payment. When I tapped my card, it completed the transaction. When I go back, I'll know for next time, but if they had someone take a minute to show me, I could have known how to use the tablet and tipping system.

Ive had some snippy responses from the owner. I also have always noticed, i never leave happy, or with what i want from here. There is one very sweet girl, her name is V. I try to go to her, or schedule with her. When i come in though, the owner will grab me. Totally my fault for not stoping her, but how uncomfortable. I have to tell myself, to stand my ground with this owner. I tell her what over and over, because she will do whatever she wants. Its always quick, painful and extremely sloppy. I finally had enough today when she proceeded to do everything from start to halfway through, the exact opposite of what i wanted. I am a very firm and clear speaker. I told the women on the phone i needed an appt. with V for my old nails taken off and a full set off acrylics put on with regular polish. When i got there i told her, what i wanted again. Even told her what color nails i wanted. I was told, no for some reason. I also told her i had two nails repaired 3 days prior and didn't want those taken off, only filled. She proceeded to take them off. I said, hey i told you not to do that. It only made her get more mad. It was very painful getting fresh nails pulled off. Then she put on something called dips, which i do not like, and told her repeatedly. She told me, she was doing me a favor because she wasn't charging me fully for it. I said, but i didn't want that at all. She was so mean about it. Blaming me that i didn't know what i wanted and i should have told her. She started to take my dips off and proceeded to tell me where i failed, and how i should have been more clear. I put 20 down on the table and left immediately. I have never been treated like that. I should have not continued to go for this long. I give it one star because, she has V working for her, her sister in law, and she is so sweet! I wound never, ever recommend this place to anyone!

You can request a "builder" layer to the gel, so it makes your nails more sturdy, like dipped nails without the thickness. I've been going to Tracee, who has done a great job every time! They are so creative and can pretty much do any idea you throw at them. I love seeing all of the designs on their Instagram page and getting inspiration for what I want on mine. They charge per nail design, so if you're only getting a design on two nails, you're not paying extra for an entire set. I've found their pricing to be great for the quality of work done!
