From the moment I walked in, the staff and the environment were super welcoming. Everything was very clean and modern, with plenty of seats for both manicures and pedicures. My appointment was with Debbie, and she really took her time with a great massage complete with lotions warm towels, and a hot stone finish. They offer so many levels of manis and pedis, from basic to premium, at a range of price options for every budget. I was very impressed with how many color options they have, too!

The only thing was, not being familiar with going for these services or anything very being here, I was kind of confused. When I tapped my card, it completed the transaction. When I go back, I'll know for next time, but if they had someone take a minute to show me, I could have known how to use the tablet and tipping system.

I had pink and white gel done 3 weeks ago for an event,…read moreand decided that they were too long and unmanageable, so today I went to have them removed and get a regular gel manicure. Both times I have been there, I was greeted promptly by the owner. He was very friendly and upbeat. While I was starting to get my tips removed, the owner suggested that I take advantage of a pedicure, as I was going to have to soak my nails for a while. I hadn't planned it but it was $54 total for a gel mani and pedi, with the removal of my tips. On both occasions I have had technicians that do not talk much, but they are friendly enough. Kevin, the owner, makes up for that. He tries to talk to people. They do have a small, sweet little dog that has free run of the shop, so if you are afraid of dogs you might not want to go there, but I am totally a dog person so it is fine with me.

So, this is my first yelp review I've ever done. I felt compelled to protect people from the…read moreanxiety this atmosphere creates. Ive been going here, out of convince, for about a year now. Ive had some snippy responses from the owner. I also have always noticed, i never leave happy, or with what i want from here. There is one very sweet girl, her name is V. I try to go to her, or schedule with her. When i come in though, the owner will grab me. Totally my fault for not stoping her, but how uncomfortable. I have to tell myself, to stand my ground with this owner. I tell her what over and over, because she will do whatever she wants. Its always quick, painful and extremely sloppy. I finally had enough today when she proceeded to do everything from start to halfway through, the exact opposite of what i wanted. I am a very firm and clear speaker. I told the women on the phone i needed an appt. with V for my old nails taken off and a full set off acrylics put on with regular polish. When i got there i told her, what i wanted again. Even told her what color nails i wanted. I was told, no for some reason. I also told her i had two nails repaired 3 days prior and didn't want those taken off, only filled. She proceeded to take them off. I said, hey i told you not to do that. It only made her get more mad. It was very painful getting fresh nails pulled off. Then she put on something called dips, which i do not like, and told her repeatedly. She told me, she was doing me a favor because she wasn't charging me fully for it. I said, but i didn't want that at all. She was so mean about it. Blaming me that i didn't know what i wanted and i should have told her. She started to take my dips off and proceeded to tell me where i failed, and how i should have been more clear. I put 20 down on the table and left immediately. I have never been treated like that. I should have not continued to go for this long. I give it one star because, she has V working for her, her sister in law, and she is so sweet! I wound never, ever recommend this place to anyone!

I had been strictly getting dipped sets recently but switched to a gel mani here, and it has been amazing (and cheaper). You can request a "builder" layer to the gel, so it makes your nails more sturdy, like dipped nails without the thickness. I've been going to Tracee, who has done a great job every time!
