I underwent facial rejuvenation under the care of Dr. Jason Lichtenberger two and one-half weeks…read moreago. The procedure included an upper blepharoplasty, platysmaplasty of my neck, and SMAS facelift. In addition, I underwent an CO2 laser treatment. Prior to these procedures. I had a meeting with another plastic surgeon in Del mar, California. His estimate was startling and well beyond what I could afford. I then went to see Dr. Lichtenberger and he explained to me that I didn't need to undergo unnecessary procedures to get what I was looking for. Instead, he felt that I could attain a natural look and that's exactly what he did for me at a reasonable cost. The office staff at Life Aesthetic Center, including Erin, Debbie and Dana, made me feel so much at home and so comfortable while undergoing the initial consultation, the preoperative appointment and finally the procedure and follow-up appointments, putting me at ease with lots of great information. Dr. Lichtenberger is one of the most sincere, patient and truly caring people I have ever met. He is an outstanding listener, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question. Despite my nervousness prior to the procedures, he said that was normal and on the day of my procedures, he put me at ease the entire time. His surgical staff was also top-notch and I am grateful to them as well. We here in Bellingham are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Lichtenberger in our community. I am so happy with my results as I heal more and more every day and can't wait to see my end results in the next few months!

Debra is friendly, professional and extremely skilled. I've had fillers, Botox and Facial Laser procedures for 15 years here in Bellingham and at various doctors and clinics in Bellevue. Please believe me when I say that we are SO FORTUNATE to have Rejuvenation MD here in Whatcom County. Dr. Tianna Tsitsis owns the clinic and provides oversight to all of her clinicians. Debra brought her in to meet me on my last visit and I found her to be truly caring, thoughtful and extremely well trained. Last year I had a psychologically traumatic facelift by what turned out to be a condescending and dismissive local provider. I had been a patient off and on for years and thought I could trust this person. He had told me that I would be kept comfortable during the procedure but while under "anesthesia" I saw the other side of his personality. I was wide awake and horrified the whole time so I nervously chattered away, trying to make myself believe it wasn't so bad. I won't go into all the horrific details. Even though the actual results were ok I will NEVER go back to that provider for anything. I was SO happy to find RejuvenationMD! Debra provided ideas and then treatments that fixed the areas that the facelift missed. She knows how to treat older women and I have heard she is excellent with younger clients as well. I can't recommend RejuvenationMD enough! I took out the Best Self Membership plan. I enjoy the benefits of the program.

I have been seeing Dagmar for four years now, ever since she worked in a small room at a salon…read more(that's now closed). Since then, she has had 4 different locations and I am still loyal to her as ever. I cannot say anything negative about this amazing woman. She is an incredible esthetician with lots of knowledge and skills. I have gotten facials since I was 14 and she is the best esthetician I have had the pleasure of meeting. When I first saw her, I had moderate cystic-like acne and active acne with multiple breakouts per month. Just after few months of treatment (1-2x a month facials), my acne was less severe, scars were less noticeable, and I started breaking out less. Fast forward 2 years, I started getting compliments on my complexion from strangers. Now, I break out only when I eat certain foods (milk chocolate, french fries, pizza) or around my period. So ever since then, I have been on her appointment book once a month for the past 4 years. Wow. That's crazy but I am so thankful that I have found Dagmar! Her prices are very fair as well. She is also known for eyelash extensions, reiki (energy healing - has done a lot of incredible work on me!), and electrolysis. She is always booked out weeks so make sure you make an appointment right after you're finished with your session. Not only is she an incredible esthetician but she is also an AMAZING person; I can't describe it, you have to meet her and see for yourself. She has a HUGE heart and is such an empathetic, sympathetic, compassionate, understanding, wholesome person. She pretty much knows my whole life story lol so she is like my family. Last Christmas I even gave her a gift - that's how much she means to me! I've even seen her teenage son grow like 6+ inches within the past few years because I literally have been seeing her every month for the past 4 years (wasn't kidding about this!). I can honestly say that Dagmar is definitely an important person in my life and I am so glad that I have met her - she has made a positive influence in my life both aesthetically and spiritually. Starting with her all natural products (yes, they really ARE all natural, unlike some others who advertise that and are filled with chemicals) the facial is pure bliss every step of the way. Did you know the skin is our largest organ? Quality skin care studios and spas do and should only want the best for your skin. Initially, I saw Melissa in her former location on Holly street but this one suits her better. It's in a shared space with other relaxation practitioners. Grab a cup of hot tea and Melissa is right there waiting for you with a warm smile. She is a very kind and gentle spirit and you can tell she sincerely cares. I did not feel rushed at all. She allows plenty of time in between appointments and will answer all of your questions. She does offer take-home products but does not try to push anything on you. You really do have to experience her facials for yourself to understand the raves. So, ladies and men time to book your facials! From Melissa's Website: "Skin is a living organism and is nourished and regenerated by whole plant ingredients that utilize nature's intelligence to heal and balance. I believe in using only simple, pure and highly energetic products in my skin treatments, which will bring life and vitality back to your skin. This is not just a facial but a holistic treatment that will truly make your skin and spirit glow!"

So happy I came across Melissa on Yelp! I was visiting Bellingham for a long weekend and managed to…read moresnag an appointment with her on a Friday afternoon. She was so kind and welcoming, and I had a lovely facial (first one in many years). She explained what she was doing every step of the way, and also spent time discussing the process/answering my questions at the end, since I definitely fell asleep for part of the session. Love that the products she uses are natural, and several local items too, like the floral water, and the argan oil, which is from her own line of products. I got some good tips on how to continue a skin care routine at home, and brought a few products home with me that I'm excited to use. It was also my first time doing energy work, and it was fun to talk to Melissa about what that was like, and learn more about this. Lastly - she gave me some great ideas for what to do with the rest of my weekend in the area (we had an awesome hike at Stimpson Family Reserve, which we wouldn't have discovered without her recommendation). I wish I lived in Bellingham so I could see Melissa regularly, so if you're reading this, please go visit her for me!

After four months I called back and asked Brenda if I could get a consultation with one of the doctors, she then rudely while I was still speaking put me on hold. I then tried to explain that I had the Xrays and visits to the chiropractor, she then said I would also need 12 months of documentation from a doctor. I was shocked since I wasn't told that before. She said that it was required by my insurance. I immediately called my insurance where they told me it was not a requirement I even had the insurance rep call Brenda. When the insurance lady called me back she was stunned how Brenda was acting even though she explained to her that a year of documentation was not a requirement. I sincerely hope that the doctors know what a disservice this woman is doing for their business. I have read other reviews that are not good.
