I had a meeting with another plastic surgeon in Del mar, California. His estimate was startling and well beyond what I could afford. I then went to see Dr. Lichtenberger and he explained to me that I didn't need to undergo unnecessary procedures to get what I was looking for. Instead, he felt that I could attain a natural look and that's exactly what he did for me at a reasonable cost. The office staff at Life Aesthetic Center, including Erin, Debbie and Dana, made me feel so much at home and so comfortable while undergoing the initial consultation, the preoperative appointment and finally the procedure and follow-up appointments, putting me at ease with lots of great information. Dr. Lichtenberger is one of the most sincere, patient and truly caring people I have ever met. He is an outstanding listener, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question. Despite my nervousness prior to the procedures, he said that was normal and on the day of my procedures, he put me at ease the entire time. His surgical staff was also top-notch and I am grateful to them as well. We here in Bellingham are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Lichtenberger in our community. I am so happy with my results as I heal more and more every day and can't wait to see my end results in the next few months!

I have responded politely the first three times knowing that someone has transposed my phone number. Having worked in Health Care I grasp that their real patient very likely is not receiving appt reminders nor test results because their messaging system called " Klara" which is a combo of software and AI is glitching due to an input error. I have left texts, left voicemails and spoken to office personnel, one of whom told me the practice was having issues with messages going to folks other than their patients. This person attempted to tell me that one of their patients and myself shared the same phone number and that their patient was ignoring messages which is why I got messages despite not being a patient. I tried to tell them that in the US two different individuals don't have identical phone numbers while living in different states. I would be cautious about using this practice until they straighten out their medical records and messaging system.

I was actually told "We addressed your dizziness today but that is it." After which, he promptly walked out of the room and my visit was done! It is horrible enough going through the paperwork, payments, time off work, driving, etc. to get a doctors appoint but to then have the person you are relying on to help you be so rude and dismissive is completely unprofessional and uncalled for!! The audiologist gave me a big push to buy hearing aids from them. Like a used car lot. Second time for serious vertigo. Dr. Stackhouse said all he could do was reassure me that it would go away in a week or so. It was at an unbearable level, but he wasn't interested. There won't be a third time.

The staff is super nice and positive, the office is clean and comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Stackhouse to anyone looking for ENT surgery or care. He is very nice, has great bedside manner and is knowledgeable in his field. The office staff was very helpful, especially with insurance and disability paperwork.
