I've been going there for a while too now and completely agree. Lisa knows how to pick her staff, as they are all kind and work really well. Patrick and Wynne are the absolute best. They are pros at what they do, so if you get them...you have hit the jackpot! The place is always clean and she has a wide assortment of colours and types of nail polish. I like to get regular nail polish, but my mom does shellack all the time. Either one you choose, you won't be disappointed. If you notice a mistake, you just have to let them know and they'll fix it for you happily (which doesn't happen very often anyway!). An extra perk is the leg massage you get with your pedicure..oh my. It's honestly the best for relaxation. The manager just kinda looked at me and then looked through his books and I was fortunate enough, he said I could have a seat (reluctantly). Bio-Gel Refill - $40 cash ($45 if you use card) Mr. Manager asked me if it was my first time and i replied yes, he then informed me to next time make an appointment because they are an appointment only nail salon. 5 STARS on the service 1 STAR on the cleanliness…read more I've been here now 3 times and gave them plenty of chances....don't think I will return for a 4th visit. I used the washroom today before my appointment and it was really dirty - sink area dirty, floor and no paper towels to dry your hands. Last time I was a little upset about how unkept the technicians station was - didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks. Now I don't work here but it only takes a couple minutes to clean up after each customer and there should be no reason why it's so dirty. I'm only getting a manicure today and glad it's not a pedicure. There are no mats on the floor or slippers/flip flops to change into to walk on after a pedicure and the floor is filthy from wet books and shoes tracking in debris from outside. Shame because the place is great otherwise. The lady that has done my manicures is just fantastic and I've had a pedicure here last week and she did an awesome job. I just can't get past their housekeeping. That and I made the appt on line yesterday- then they called and said - we need to a move your appt to 11:30 - no problem I said - I got here and 11:20 and have been waiting ever since..it's now 12:15. I'd leave if I had another appointment to go to but I don't. Sadly will not be returning here - Good Luck !
