The lady that checked us out was not very friendly and kind of gave us some attitude when she asked my boyfriend about if he had the military tax exempt on his account already. Yes we've been shopping for years with it. That's how we knew to tell you about it before you ring anything up. There as something about her that was very booty-hole-ish. I said thank you and she didn't say anything back. We love Costco and always have a good experience, but we will not be coming back to the Moore location again. This location is hard to drive to also. There's so much traffic trying to get through the nearby traffic lights by the highway. You have to hope someone is nice and lets you merge over with your blinker on. The OKC location has always been friendly and they talk to us like we are family. Costco always has great deals, so it's hard to takeoff a star, but customer service is really important.

I go occasionally now usually with my son and his wife now that I live here. We don't buy much because we really don't need a lot of things in bulk. She likes to get the butcher to sell her the tube of hamburger and we go home and separate it in several packages to freeze. I sometimes like to get the roasted chicken , but we live all the way in Mustang , so I'm not driving all this way just to get one. Things that I've wanted to buy in the electronics they never have like the DJi Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Pack or the DJi Nano. This location is always so busy that I really don't like going here to shop for just a few items. It's just not worth the aggravation. The pizza slices are better than Sam's Club and I don't like shopping there either. I hate that Kroger stopped delivering to Oklahoma , it was cheaper and convenient.

Unfortunately, what could have been a positive return quickly turned sour. Upon entering the store, my 4-year-old daughter unexpectedly became sick and vomited near the front entrance. My wife immediately and apologetically sought help from the nearest cashier near the front door. Instead of receiving understanding or reassurance, she was met with eye rolling and complete indifference, no words of support, no assistance, no empathy. While accidents happen, the response from staff in moments like these speaks volumes about a store's culture and customer care. Sadly, this experience has reaffirmed why we switched to Costco in the first place, and why we'll be returning there.

The employees often knock on my daughter's window, even when I have mine down, which I find weird and creepy. They also don't have as much selection as many other locations. They have, more than once, cancelled items in my order, then raised the prices immediately, so I'm stuck paying the higher price, even though that's not what it was when I shopped. I'd rather just go down the street to Costco. I've witnessed cafe workers touching their phones, then handling food. This is my least favorite Sam's Club.

I just bought 3 tri color ornamental sweet potato vines. They cost $20. I do not recommend them for trees, though. I chose a beautiful willow tree. There was a freeze, and they asked to substitute it for a different willow. I agreed. It never did thrive and eventually died. They replaced it (which sounds great, but the tree is the cheap part - the labor is expensive!). The workers didn't use the fish emulsion - that I provided (Marcums said the fish emulsion should be mixed in when the tree was planted - and I wanted to give the willow the very best chance possible). This tree died, too. I think the hole they dug was WAY too small. We also got an Asian Pear tree with the first willow. It also died. It came up from below the graft line and is green and growing, but it is no longer an Asian Pear and doesn't fruit. We have spent almost $1,000 on these trees and have no willow at all, and whatever the root stock is for the Asian Pear. We paid the premium for them to plant the trees and guarantee them, but it did not work how I thought it would. Just go to Costco or a Farm Supply store, and do it yourself. Even if it doesn't live, you will only be out a little money.
