Unfortunately, my experience was a completely different story. Starting on a positive note, the shop itself is very clean and welcoming. The staff greets you when you walk in, and the atmosphere feels nice. I arrived around 10:45 AM, let the woman at the front know I wanted a pedicure and a fill in, picked my color, and was seated in a pedicure chair within about five minutes. A young man started my pedicure and handled all the filing and prep work well. Here is where things went downhill. Once he finished his portion, I waited another 45 minutes or more for a nail tech to come paint my toenails. During the wait, they offered me wine without asking for ID, which was a nice gesture, but it did not make up for the excessive wait time. Someone did come over at one point to say it would be "a couple more minutes," and then nearly 20 minutes passed before anyone showed up to finish my pedicure. I then moved to the nail tech chair for my fill in. I asked to use the restroom since I had been sitting for close to an hour at that point. When I came back, my nail tech had moved on to another client. I had to wait again while she finished with that customer before she could file my nails. After filing, she sent me to wash my hands, and when I returned, she was back working on someone else. This back and forth continued throughout my entire service. At some point, who I believe was the owner came over to help apply acrylic on one hand, making a joke about me getting extra attention because of how long I had waited. I appreciated the acknowledgment, but it did not fix the experience. The paint was applied unevenly, the texture is not smooth, the lines are not straight, and the overall result looks noticeably off. I didn't leave the shop until 1:20pm. I left genuinely disappointed. If you already have a relationship with the staff there, or if you happen to go in when it is slow, you might have a great visit. But based on my experience, I will not be returning.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
